  The PC comes with Windows 7 the plant?  If so there should be a COA sticker on the outside, or under the battery with a product key used to activate.  Also on the label is printed the licensed version.  Now look at control panel > system to confirm page which is the version that has been installed.  If so, scroll down to the activation link to "Change product key" and insert the key to the sticker.

  It is easy to mistake the 25 digit key characters.  What I do is take a picture of the phone and huge blow up, so check each character before submitting the key.

• I can't get back Windows xp style in the appearance of the Desktop Properties tab, now I have to Windows Classic style in the offer. My OS is Windows XP Professional.

I've done several times more, but whenever I turned off my computer and restared it, Windows Classic style apperance came back.

  I am looking for the file, in which the themes must be - path to the executable "C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe-k netsvcs" in Local Disc System XP SP2 (C), but I have not found it. I don't know, maybe it was delete when my brother computer scaned with Avast, it found some malware - win 32 and Trojan horse.

  Can you tell me what to do and how to fix this?

  I had reinstalled my OS and everything is ok now :) computer was full of malware (others on the computer is not working form me).

• My system is completely ruined, need help getting back to where I was.

  Recently, I tried to update my system to the 64-bit Windows 7, I did it and when all was said and done the internet did not work so I called HP and they caused somehow my computer go to no internet to completely unusable. So I broke out of my recovery disks which have been sent to me for $ 15 and did a full system recovery and deleted everything back to factory settings.
