• Spry menu drop down behind youtube player please help

  Hello

  I have a vertical spry menu bar next to a youtube player on my site.  Fire Fox PC and IE the menu cache always behind the player.

  I have the reader in a separate div in the menu.  I tried to give the menu div a higher value of the hierarchy of the three and the reader div 1.

  When I tried to open the page after that I got an error before she would bring the screen to the top.

  I also tried to give the youtube html code a hierarchy within the div tag and once again got the error message.

  I also tried to make the position of 'visible', without success.

  "Wmode" is a setting of the Flash which is short for "window mode". You need to reset "allowScriptAccess" whatever the value was before you changed it to transparent and then add the wmode parameter. Here's how:

  1. In Dreamweaver design view, select the placeholder of the Flash.
  2. If you have Dreamweaver CS4, in the property inspector, change the contextual menu wmode transparent.
  3. For all other versions of Dreamweaver, click the settings button.
     1. In the settings dialog box, click Add (+) to insert another parameter.
     2. In the parameter column, enter wmode and press Tab.
     3. In the value column, enter transparent
     4. Click OK to close the settings dialog box.

  That should do it.

• New Firefox doesn't have a history of menu drop down reliable - help!

  I've just upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and makes a few versions that I did that. An important feature that I use in my work is now gone! I need to be able to work my way through screens of 3-4 on our Web site, and then return to the first screen to enter a different search term, spend 3-4 screens, go back to the first screen for a new period of research, etc.. Because of the way our system is set up it is not possible for me to simply mark the first screen - I need to come back as it was, over and over again.

  Help, I can't do it now! Used to be I could pull down a menu drop-down 'history' from the back button, but it is no longer possible. The list of actual history, when I go to him in the menu does not list for just the page history that I am on, for some reason any and does not give me the link to the screen, that I need to come back.

• Help with white lines around motif tiles in distorted envelope

  I am trying to create a label for a conical shape using a JPG image to a pattern repeated seamless: I create a pattern from a JPG file and apply it to a rectangle the size you want.  Everything looks great at this point, no white lines bordering each tile model.  Can I use envelope tool ' to a string.  Subsequently, white lines show around each tile on screen, as well as any print or export.  How can I stop the white lines appear in my work?

  have you tried to rasterize after that you used to fill the shape of your property?

  If it is as you say, NOT to show the lines until you warp, you should be able to rasterize the entire block you filled with several "mosaics" of the model > then make the chain. I would have thought it was impossible cause there still wrong?

  If the final result is just to make this single 'work' then you always can tile it upward into photoshop and use the new image of 'model' in .ai and then make the chain?

• White lines around png when exporting to PDF

  I'm having the problem that the imported images frequently have white around the outside of the image bars when the document is exported to PDF format. Looking at the two images currently affected, I noticed that they are two PNG images. I have fixed the image that was just rectangular turning them just in a JPEG file that I did not require the use of transparency, but the second object is another question, and I require the use of png transparency. These lines are not normally present when in indesign.

  Line is noticeable only in one place where a black rectangle together black background (only the upper part of the rectangle is visible on black as one side is covered and the other side is outside the crop area) so I don't know if it's the only spot, it happens.

  The line isn't even a straight white line!

  I don't think you should use PNG for the files that will be printed. You would probably get better results if you saved your png as TIFF and replaced in the layout.

  In any case, it could be a consequence of the piquant effect and just one thing on the screen only when it prints very well.

  In Acrobat disable "Smooth line art" and "Smooth images" in the Page display preferences and the white lines could disappear.

  I get a white box around described type in my work as an Illustrator. I have meet before (going back to CS6) and have not been able to solve this problem. It is a design of simple logo with a circle of gradient with a S on top. Here are the specifications to avoid the most obvious questions.

  1. Text is converted to curves.
  2. Text and circle are degraded on different layers.
  3. The colors are CMYK. No task.
  4. Looks fine in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, but appears when exported or printed in Acrobat.
  5. Also appears in MS Word 2010 and 2013.
  6. Export pictures to JPG, EMF, EPS, TIF, BMP, all produce the same result.
  7. Flattening of the work does not resolve the issue.
  8. Having this problem with Illustrator CS6 and CC.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Thanks Mike! good call on the drop shadow. That was the problem, as soon as I stop the problem disappeared. Thought at the time where I had similar problems with Illustrator CS6 there was a shadow as well.

  I wonder what having a drop of the shadow feature is if she makes the unusable image.
