  Search for malware:

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

  Reset.

Also, you can watch by adding RAM (Random Access Memory) to your system. It may ask you to take it to a computer store, to add RAM, which is very cheap and is the best way to boost the performance of your system. See also below to ensure that your system is not infected:

  Restart your computer if it is running. Press and hold the F8 key after your computer powers initially on. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments. You should then be at the Welcome screen. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.   Maybe there is a problem with SQL Developer, being able to write to the network share of desktop directory.  Add the following to your sqldeveloper.conf file to force the settings of the user to store locally also:

  AddVMOption - Dide.user.dir = some_local_dir_to_own_system4.0.3.16.84
