Help! Incorrectly entered billing for Dreamweaver account, what can I do? Has not received the letter of confirmation of final order for 72 hours?

I was paying to get Dreamweaver CC on March 14, 2016, and I was wrongly input from another Adobe account Cloud account.

I received the order of Confirmation e-mail the same day. Can I change the billing for my PC account again?

And yet, I have not received the final email to tell me Adobe accept payment in 72 hours.
