  2. you receive an error message or error code?

  I suggest you try to access the site - Web

  If you are able to connect then try to reset the password and check.

  You can also try scoring in the other user accounts on the computer as well.

  If so, then try to change the password of your user account by logging into another.

• Help, please! Impossible to pass the local account on the Microsoft account.

  I got a Samsung ATIV smart PC 500 t as a gift today and I'm going to be very difficult to implement. I tried on and off for about 14 hours now without success.  Here is what happened:

  I've updated the PC software told me to. (there was a brochure stating that I needed to update before using my keyboard dock)

  I put the PC by using a local account, because for some reason, he said it was impossible to add my Microsoft account I created today specifically for this PC.

This could have happened due to a server problem or network connection has expired. Please wait a few minutes and try again. "I also tried via the contacts, messages and weather applications. Whenever I get similar error messages.

  Of course, I am not very computer savvy, my internet connection is working properly, I am able to access the various web pages (even if I get a warning message of security for each of them, which is very annoying).

  Anyway, I can't understand this. Does anyone have a tip or useful information? Can I use my PC.

  A few months ago, I bought a laptop. I'm annoyed at the way I have to connect to Microsoft whenever I use the computer.

  I managed to remove the lock so it doesn t appear whenever the computer goes to sleep but can't find info to remove the bolt completely so I put t need to connect all the time.

  I think he's stupid s should I log my Microsoft account to use my own computer and can t connect I don't have access to the internet.

  Pls help to I can remove this annoying feature.

  I use the latest version of Skype for linux on Ubuntu 14.0.4 64 bit. The problem is - I can not connect using my account hotmail - everyone else using the computer can. I had change my mobile contacts not on my account hotmail some time ago, if this may be the reason?

  Hi all

  The solution is very simple and exactly what I suspected. More than a month, I changed my cell phone number and updated my contact information in Microsoft Account. However, it takes them for a month or two to make the changes. Meanwhile user recalls only each time that he or she connects that coordinates are changed (white screen with a warning). On each device using Windows or Android, I was able to use Skype. But it wasn't the case with Ubuntu. Skype, launch, tried desperately to display "white screen" I mentioned, but its ' functionality is limited, so it kept resetting and return to the login screen. I don't know what the problem - Java, Silverlight or what else, but they have to fix it. Microsoft Account is far behind Google, or even Facebook, because of cases like this. Apparently, this isn't a single account for all as in the case of Google or FB.

  I have an account to both personal and professional for Skype. I use the business account more. In the process of setting up the account company on my new computer, I asked for the connection information for the Microsoft account.   The only case where Microsoft Account is an absolute requirement is when dealing with the modern app from Skype (metro) for Windows 8/8.1.

• Skype crashes at startup with a microsoft account please.

  My Skype crashes at startup, if I auto sign with my microsoft account, then I start again and it tells me to connect so I click the button "Microsoft Account" for the signature and it says "Cannot display Page" as if I was on Internet Explorer and I had no internet. Although I can connect with a normal Skype account.

  Well, I managed to make it work by creating a new Skype account with the same email as my Microsoft Account address.

  This should work regardless of your version of windows:

  Use your favoiurite browser and go to www.skype.com and sign in using your microsoft account.

  Then, you click on the name that appears right on the line of menu at the top of the page (just to the left of the "disconnect").

  This will bring you the my account"" page.

  Scroll to account details/settins and preferences a little down, click on account settings.

  This will show you the "Account settings" page (of course)

  Here you can se a line starting with the multicoloured windows, the text of Microsoft symbol and the email address of your microsoft account. on this line, just to the right of the e-mail address, you will see the link 'remove link '. If you click on it, the link between the microsoft account and the account of Skype is broken.

  Make sure that the name appearing on the first page is not your name... you don't want to do that for you and Skype account (unless you know your Skype user name and the password for your Skype account, which is NOT the same as your microsoft account and password e-mail address)

  As far as I know, the only option to add Skype contacts to Lync is using their email address. This must be the same address that contacts were used to create the Microsoft account.

  This e-mail address is not in their profile, so you'll need to ask them to provide you with this address.

  Also, Skype users will only see their Lync contacts when connected with its account of Microsoft. Lync contacts will not appear when you are signed in with the Skype name.

  If you mean that you have attached to accidentally (related) your own personal Microsoft Account to the computer while it was actually connected to computer connection to your dad, here's how to solve this problem without any problem:

  Go to settings > accounts and choose 'connection with a local instead account' and follow the steps (you will need to choose a username and password for your dad)

  First of all sorry if this has been asked before. We are currently awaiting new cell phones and numbers for our employees to the company. We also expect the MDM software we will use.
