Put your device connected to the charger taken wall, not the PC USB charger.
Leave it connected for 24 hours or more and every 3 hours check your device, press and hold power only for about 20 seconds. He will seize time boot, but first must reach a certain level of support.

WHAT I DID:
Took the cover on the back, put my nail between the bottom of the phone and battery and battery pushed up so that the top of the stack was closer to the top of the phone/the battery connector terminals. Hello, I had trouble loading my 9810. When I plug my phone into the charger bolt does not show up on top of the battery, instead I get the usb on the battery symbol. I have to keep unplugging and then plugging my phone and after several tries the bolt comes and it starts to charge my phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Looks like the USB port is damaged, and that's why it does not load. It is possible, it can be temporarily fixed by bending down to where it is supposed to be, but it is definitely damaged. It may be a good idea to talk to your carrier and see if they will cover under warranty.

General help with my new blackBerry Smartphones Pearl.
I just bought a pearl 8100 and I'm confused.
I know it's probably a noob question, but it came with no manual (2nd hand)
so I put my sim in and I tihnk im connected to my network (orange) I have 4 bars of signal.
but I turned wireless off on my apps and it gets rid of the network connection. is this normal?

Message icon new blackBerry Smartphones don't disappear

I got two Blackberry, but I am new to the community. I swapped my Pearl for the Curve 8330 a couple of days. The new message icon is displayed permanently. It started with three, then four, and now six. I have read several forums and tried to pull my battery several times. I even deleted my email account and set up again. I went through all my files to see if there's a message hidden somewhere. I can't find something. Does anyone else have this problem? Apart from doing a factory restore and/or call Verizon does anyone have suggestions on how I can reset the counter? Moreover, my career is Verizon!

I took my phone to Verizon today and felt really stupid when the man made the icon disappears. On older versions of the Blackberry phones, like the Pearl I had, if you had a missed call and click on the button send, he allowed the missed call. Since it's updated software, you must actually click on the missed call to erase it. Since then, I changed the settings of call logging not appears in my messages. If you have a hardware problem, then nothing what to do with the software or operating system will not help. If you want to try at the OS level, then the easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):
(1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.
2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,
(3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed
(4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

- If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.
5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
- C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):
(1) registry HRT
- KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
- Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application
(2) remove and return Service directories
- KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
- If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
- KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
- Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

If this isn't the case, then you need to get in touch with your service provider and insist that they honor the formal support that they are contractually required to provide you with. Do not let you fob before having 100% solved the situation. If they tell you to contact RIM, don't let them not on the hook, then either... insist that they tell you exactly how you should contact RIM. If they say anything OTHER that they will increase you rim (for example, if they tell you to independently seek the support of the RIM), and then accept it. Only through an escalation of your service provider can you receive all official support from RIM.
Looks like they have made significant changes to their network... and they must ensure that their paying customers will continue to receive the services that they pay.

Also please consider it maybe a problem with the hardware... for which no amount of internet-remote diagnosis or solutions at the level of the OS/software will be of no use.
