Help! My computer is locked in what looks like the safe mode.

I turned on my computer a few days ago and he seemed to be in safe mode. All my icons are huge and everything in general is very large so that it does not display.

I restarted in safe mode and realized that the computer wasn't really with before safe mode.
It seems to start properly, but something is wrong with the scale. I also tried several system restores, but the question of scale is whenever the login screen appears.
Someone please! help me solve this problem. It is a game and laptops of business that now useless because everything I do on this issue is too big to work with.

Hello

Things to try (in this order):

1. set the dpi. Right click on the desktop, choose personalize. The option is in the left column.

2. set the resolution. Of the above customize menu, select display settings. Adjust the resolution to the right to reduce the scale.

3. If you can not reduce the resolution enough, it is probably because your display drivers were corrupted and you run a standard VGA driver. Visit the graphics card manufacturer's Web site and download the most recent (non-beta) release and install it, then restart your computer to finish.
