Help! My ideapad s110 turns on if I press the power button
My lenovo ideapad s110 lights when I press the power button. But when I press the Quick Start button on it powers. And it only happens when I have not plugged into the battery adapter. When plugged in the power button works. What could be the problem here?

Hello
I have a HP desktop computer. The model is HP Pavilion a6030.uk, Opertating system: windows vista.
My computer has had no problems at all until yesterday for some reason, I had to push the switch several times to start until he finally turned and did normal starts. As I would press the power as normal to start button, but all of a sudden, it turns off after about 2 seconds and so I would tap on the switch several times and each time it will not start and turn off, then the power button could be pressed again until it would finally turn on and start and run as normal and seems to work correctly. And it was the same thing today, I pressed the power button mutiple times (for example 6 times) until she finally started as usual.
Savvy/computer im not very well informed or wise in this area, please someone will help me and give me some advice/help to fix/resolve this problem.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and any help would be appreciated for this problem.
Thank you.
Vonbon90, welcome to the forum.
When I see these symptoms on an old computer, I think it may be a power supply (PSU) failure/ing. Here's a guide that will help your troubleshooting it.
In addition, you could test the memory. This can be done by removing all modules of memory and replacing them one at the time and start.

Lenovo Y40: Must only press the power button two times to turn on
Hello
A few months ago, I bought my Lenovo Y40 on the Lenovo Web site and recently, to turn on, I have to press the power button twice. When I press that once, the Lenovo logo is displayed on the screen, but after 2 seconds it turns off. On the second attempt, finally the laptop turns on and the windows is started.
In addition, rarely the phone stucks on the lenovo logo screen, is necessary to contain the power to reset.
Someone had some problems like these describe above?
Thank you.
Pedro Lopes.Hello
I contacted Lenovo's Support and they recommended to perform a full recovery of the system. Apparently, it worked because I did not suffer these problems since I got windows. Probably, there was a problem with the partition that has been responsible for the initialization of the system.
Thank you, Pedro h. Lopes.

original title: sleep/hibernation
When my computer goes into sleep mode, I have to press the power button to turn it back on. I used only having to press a key on the keyboard.
Can someone tell me how to solve this problem, as if it was before?
Well, on the theory that your computer is awkward, try to change the settings to another thing and OK your way out the control panel. Then go back and put them in the way they were and OK your way out. Occasionally, it will reset the internal parameters and things can return to normal.

all in a single j6480 won't turn on or off by pressing the power button
my all in one j6480 won't turn on or off by pressing the power button. from pluging in the power cable to the output, the display panel stays on by a flashing point moving from left to right, repeatedly. also, there is a faded beeps coming from the printer on the left side. See no empty self am unable to do anything on this subject.
There may be a problem with the power supply/power cord module brick. Try following the steps described in this document. If that does not receive the printer works properly again, you can try to contact tech support to buy a new power module (if still available), or you need to replace the printer. OK... I learned to get the motherboard changed. How much it will cost in India for my laptop?
What do you suggest I should do?
How much will it cost in India? I have no idea. I live in Europe.
I suggest to ask a repair shop of PC or laptop.
If the cost of repair is more than 50% of the current value of the laptop, you would be better sourcing of a notebook replacement.

My sansa e260 suddenly is energized when I press the power button. Help please
Hey, today my 260 just stop feeding up out of nowhere. I don't have the latest version of the software package, and when I tried the update, he couldn't. It lights up when I connect the usb cable, but not when its disconnected. Before this he repeated bad tracks on all my songs even if their were not all and kept cutting. Can anyone help me please with this problem?
It seems that the battery is detached. Open the back (4 small screws, don't lose them), take out the battery, put in comfortably recharges. If it does not reload it, he could be dead - they have no last forever - and you can get a new one on Amazon or eBay.
For bad tracks, ChkDsk. Might as well do it first, since you can connect.

Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command + SHIFT + F).

A month ago, I bought the HP slate 6. The screen does not light by pressing the single time power button. But if I press the power button three times, then it lights. I also make sure that the switch has no problem. I think it's a software problem not hardware.
Do not forget that I have improved my slate to kitkat. This problem alone caught up in not before Kitkat.
Best wishes for you

I have the NEX-6 with a 16-50 lens and it freezes when I turn it on then press the movie button. If I wait longer before pressing the button, it seems to be OK, but if not, the goal remains unretracted and start and stop again does not help. I have to remove the battery and restart the device. It took me a while to understand why it was freezing upwards, and there is at least one situation where I seen it happen on a regular basis. Does anyone else have this problem? I hope an update of the firmware wouldn't be now, but have not seen.
No when I turn it on, it gets stuck, like a windows pc stuck with the sandclock or the circle around truning
Its either a bug software or a problem with the 18-200mm lens, it doen ot havppen with the 16-50mm lens.
Also, sometimes he will, but refuses to focus, as the engine focum does not report you to turn.
