Help, please! Adobe has taken money from my card, cancelled my subscription and tell me there is no trace of it. It's the flight! How can I solve this? The customer support has done nothing.
Recently, I was in contact with customers via online portals for updating my billing payment method. What is happening now is that Adobe took the money ($449.99) of my new card, cancelled my subscription and denies that there is no record of this transaction. I contacted customer support several times and asked me to wait a few days to review it and never come back to me. It is not good enough, as far as I'm concerned, it's flight and I need a higher level of support to solve this hurt.
Please help, I don't know what to do a. I want to be able to reuse the adobe products.

If it was always this way, it could be a manufacturing defect or your advanced display settings may be incorrect. The latter can be determined according to the settings/Advanced/display/personalization in the control panel settings. If it has started, then it is possible the monitor had a malfunction. I put another monitor (if available) on the system. If the problem persists, then the fault is in the video card or display drivers. If it disappears, then the monitor can go wrong (you can try to adjust the settings on the screen itself to see if it has no effect). If it turns out to be the graphics card, I would like to firstly download and install a new set of drivers for the graphics card or the manufacturer of the system (the best for download, then uninstall the current set restart and install the new download).
