  It could be that Google search is your home page. You can try to change/remove unwanted in the Tools (Alt + T) home pages > Options > general, next to Homepage: and add a new one. Options > general. If the home page has been added by an extension and is reset to Google search, you find the add-on Tools (Alt + T) > Add-on, Extensions (left) and either change the settings or disable / Remove the extension.

  I understand that you can't change the setting of location Services on iPhone again your daughter 6 s.  It looks like may have restored the old iPhone backup and restrictions are activate that prevent changes to certain characteristics.  You can check by going to settings > general > Restrictions and see if they are enabled.  You can then temporarily disable restrictions you can change this setting.  Take a look at the article below for more information.

I was skeptical but I have tried to unplug the power cord on the ATV4 and to my surprise the TV cutting question disappeared, so I have to have my ATV4 unplugged when not in use and plug it in when I want to use it, a real pain in the *. If accidentally, I forgot to unplug my ATV4 after using my TV stops every 30 to 60 minutes after my ATV4 is connected and not in use. I'm at a complete loss as to what is causing this problem.   The problem is most likely an attempt to update a system malfunction prior it is probably a problem with your computer, not the El Capitan.

  Start by:

  Reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

  MacIntel: Reset of the controller (SMC) system management

  Start in Safe Mode , and then re - start normally. It's slower that a normal start, so be patient.

  If you are unable to start;

  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  Please make sure that you back up.

  2. Select disk utility, then click on the continue button.

  Recently, I decided to finally know how to fix this problem after being tired of accidentally pressing f1 and the opening using HP and windowsill.

  I didn't keep the media controls a single key and the functions of brightness of the other keys to turn off the function keys in the BIOS was not the answer for me.

  Ultimately, after many forums looking at and seeing people talk about changing the registry and stuff and reading, nothing worked, I tried a few things of my own. I was able to achieve the results that I have desired ME. This solution may be no idea for others, but here's what I did.

  I opened the window in question and used the Task Manager to keep the window in a file. I found the HelpPane.exe file in the windows directory, I believe in the system32 folder. I was unable to do anything with the file without first taking ownership of it.

  Take in hand I went to right click on the file properties

  Then to the Security tab and then click the Advanced button

  In the new window that pops up, I went to the owner tab, and then

  Clicked on edit where I then changed owner to my windows account

  After you apply these changes that I returned to the Security tab in the properties of the window and I gave my total control of the account from the file.

  Once this done I move the HelpPane.exe file to another folder for the storage and the F1 button gave me is no problem, the pop up stopped popping up, problem solved for me.

  (This could eliminate assistance in other applications or have other side effects, but so far I've had no negative side effects so I don't like it as a file system.)

  Have you tried to boot from the Partition Recovery and repair then the disc from there, using disk utility?
