Help, please! Windows Live mails in the sent folder, but not received by some clients

We had a problem where some - not all - of our messages are not received. When these messages are sent, they do not throw a notification saying that they cannot be delivered and they appear in the "sent" folder as usual.
We are a company that sends quotes to potential customers, so we really need it is resolved as soon as POSSIBLE. We will send about 10 quotes per week and at least once a fortnight we will have someone complain that they have not received their e-mail while the others will be fine.
The emails that we send have attachments so sometimes fall into undesirable people, but sometimes they are not either and we must resort to getting a second e-mail address to the sent message.
If anyone can help me with this very frustrating problem, I would be very grateful.

Thanks for your replies, but I have now solved the problem by changing the port from 25 to 465 number.

I have problems to connect to Windows Live Mail on the Hotmail account. I was wondering if anyone knows if this requires a paid subscription to Hotmail. Isolate the Images in the Parent folder, but not in the subfolder
Sometimes I have imported images in LR, or moved suburbs autour and seem to have some of the images in the parent folder, but not the subfolder. Is there a way to isolate the photos not associated with related a subfolder (but in the parent), so I can move to the appropriate subfolder. I know that I can right click on the picture and find Exployer, but it does not find that are not associated with a sub. I have a relatively complicated system of organization subfolder, with 10 k + photos. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Phil

I just bought a new laptop, have both Windows 7 and both have Windows Live Mail. I have several folders in the program my old portable Windows Live Mail and hundreds of emails in each folder. I experienced the process of export of emails every day now and no matter how I try (one folder at a time, highlighting of the emails in the said folder, simply choose the Inbox - as all the files I have are subfolders in the Inbox) - I can not send more than one in each folder when I imported the emails into the new Windows Live Mail. Why please? Please can someone explain how to copy every email in each folder on my new laptop it please!
The properties which means the message are added to the file by Windows to make it possible to find e-mail messages by property (as of and object). If the memory stick is not formatted in NTFS, the properties of these files can be preserved. It is of no real consequence; Windows will just write again when the messages end up on a drive formatted in NTFS. So: either the memory stick format NTFS, or answer Yes to the prompt to copy files without their properties.

There's a Signatures tab on the program options sheet.
Program options have been well hidden in 2011 WLMail. There are several ways to access:- Click the indefinable button to the left of the home tab. In the menu that opens, select Options , and then click mail.
- Click the indefinable button to the left of the Home tab. In the menu that opens, select Options. Click Mail , and then select Add to the Quick Access toolbar (QAT). This will put a button for one click access to the sheet of options on the toolbar for QUICK access in the upper left of the window. Go over it; It's called Mail.
- Use the quick access keys: press Alt, then F O Mr. or, if you did (2), press Alt, then n if the mail button is the n th from left to right on the QUICK access bar.
- Use the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl-Shift-O for Options.

- Go to http://www.google.com and sign in to your gmail account and go to the following link https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps and set the toggle to allow less secure applications. Then set up your gmail account in Outlook and it allows to automatically detect settings.

Windows Live Mail 2010 fixed background image missing (not even the Red Cross)
Hi, my client runs Windows Live Mail on Vista. I was about to set up remote a stationary to his e-mail account. When she opens the new window message, stationary is visible with images.
