  You really need get in Mode safe mode again so that you can reload your operating system. You would have gotten lucky that first time with the right timing on the keystrokes... Keep train... I remember it taking a lot try until I'm a model to go properly in Mode without failure.

  I got my BB Torch 9800 for a few months. Already used to work properly, all my emails used appears in the messages folder. But these days, when I get emails my bb flashes red and it shows on the top of screen email icon. But when I open my messages folder shows an empty without any email folder, even though I can see the icon of e-mail showing pending emails there. I'm aware of this option which, if I press menu bb and then tap show all, my e-mail address with my name will appear. This way I can display the e-mails received. But I don't want to use this option, because I prefer all my emails go to the messages folder, that way I can have more space to download other applications. Please help and any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

  Note: if I recharge my camera all e-mails shows up in the messages folder. I don't want to reboot my device whenever I face this prblem.

• My Torch 9800 blackBerry smartphones fails after downlowding wireless version 6.0

  I need to reinstall the version 6.0. I made the mistake of downloading on my Torch 9800 and something went wrong since now my contacts do not sync via the server of my company. Other functions freeze when try to use them. I spent hours on the phone with AT & T, later with the DataSet and finally BlackBerry directly.   My old Blackberry Torch 9800 for 5 months with AT & T just died tonight.  I tried to recharge the battery and removing the battery to do a hard reset... nothing helps.  I noticed that twice tonight, it seemed resets automatically.  There no flashing red lights or any activity on the screen.  I made yesterday to sync it with my calendar at work and check the updates of the software... useless.   What do you think the problem is?  Thank you.

  Still under warranty, so had to replace it with a blowtorch "renovated".  It was the flame itself which is dead.  Hope this lasts.

  I would like to apologize in advance if this question has been asked before, I tried looking for a solution to this problem, but I can't seem to find the right answer.

  Today, after a full day of use my phone normally & no problem my phone turn off automatically. I didn't think much, I just turned it back on. After doing this, I noticed that he couldn't quite charge throughout the Blackerry splash screen. I initially attributed a low battery, because he was dying. Now that I'm home and I plugged my phone in charge that the real problem begins to manifest.

  Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the whole 4h15m process, your BB should stay connected to a good charger (not the USB PC):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs.

  It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

  1. Get a known good and already fully charge battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

  The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem.

After several attempts to unlock, I have 0 left. I didn't realize that it would be blocked perminately. Is there anyway that I can again unlock attempts of the MEP? Help, please!

• My Torch 9800 blackBerry smartphones stuck after reboot and removing muncher

  Hi, someone at - it help me on this problem...

  I bought this lamp almost 2 years (first model)... Since 2010, there is no critical problem has occurred so far, but...

  Today my torch can be the use of these problems. Let me explain the details.

  1. I installed white (screen capture program), after installed I launched this apps and my bb automatically rebooted.

  2. then, after restaterd, the bb can be used as usuall and I don't start screen muncher apps after (case 1).

  3. last night, my bb works correctly and it is no problem at all...

  4. this morning, I think that to remove the apps (muncher) because I no longer use. Then, I deleted this application using normal procedures. And, as we have known it, bb must be restart after unistalling all the apps, then I restart.

  5. to restart (loading bar) is stopped to load 3/4 bars... So, I take the battery out to restart once again...

  6. after rebooting, my bb seems ok until it to load menus and other. But it's only for 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, an icon (loading star * like the sunflower) appeared.

  7. my bb stuck and I can ' t use any button / touch screen function. My screen will not also turn off their light.

  8. I tried to restart almost 6 times (remove battery), but it still the same...

  * I use the menu for 15 sec then it becomes insensitive...
