  I can't figure out how to set the default theme. I looked through the help and could not do anything at work. I've done this before, but I don't remember how I did it. Thanks for any help you can give me.

  Your RoboHelp for Word has a box labeled "Single Source Layouts"? If so, you just need to double click on the layout you want and the first screen of the dialog that results has an option allowing you to designate the default theme.

• Update process variable (XML) to help set the value

  I'm having a problem to update the value in the variable XML using SetValue (by the XPATH expression). It is removing my original XML and replacing it with a new one. I'm off clue why this happens.

  My steps:
  1. I created a variable of XML type and set it as a STARTER, REQUIRED.

  

  2. I am updating this variable using the activity set the value. In my process, it is "locUpdate1".

  Your mission is incorrect. Note that you need to reference all the XML nodes (to the right of the ROOT node)

  Since your reference node is not absolute, it will create the nodes that you have defined in your expression on the left.

  I am located in Sweden, but use the English language on my computer. Yosemite is configured to work in English. Stbbonly Firefox insists on having a Swedish interface!   Hello Svenne_I, you can choose the language at the time of installation (but default firefox would have offered you the Swedish version when it detects that the request is from Sweden).
  You can simply go to https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ where all languages are listed and download and install the English version on top of your current installation - all your Favorites, passwords and customizations will remain...

• How do I set the screen window size in a guest LinuxMint17 (WS7)?

  I am always on WorkStation 7 (last revision) because I discovered that after installing the update I bought I would be able to use 7 and I need that for some of my virtual machines...

  Anyway, now I need to test some features of Web server and need a KDE LinuxMint17 machine for this.

  Installation went well and I also installed the virtual machine; Tools of dishes without problem.

  As part of the installation, I put the size of the screen for the guest to 1024 x 768 in the properties of the VM.

  Then I could install the basic software that I need the terminal of the virtual machine.

  But it turns out that this screen is too small for the webbrowser, I need to run inside the guest, so I stopped and then replaced by the properties of the vm to display 1280 x 1024.

  The strange thing is that the guest does not adjust when I start again, it always appears in the size 1024 x 768.

  So I'm looking for help set the size of the screen correctly in the comments of LinuxMint17...

  Is it possible to make the largest screen in Linux?

  I looked at the System_Settings/Display_And_Monitor inside the guest, but I do not get a way to resize it.

  I do not use Linux Mint but on other Linux Distros, I use the xrandr from a Terminal command to set the resolution of the screen when it is not available from the GUI.

  Execution of xrandr by itself will be out the available resolutions then, for example, use: xrandr-s 1024 x 768

• Need help setting dyed on bullet in the head

  My main activity is professional head shots.  I made hundreds of them, but this one has me stumpted.   The skin tones are as pale as a ghost, and for the life of me, I can't face this lady looks good (shades of skin that is... lol).    I usually use Digital Photo Professional, which is a Canon program that works great to set the skin tones and color temperature.  But this time it just happens no matter what I do.

  Can someone help me out here?   I can send the file raw on you unless they allow that in these forums, but I'm not sure.  You can post a raw here file?  In any case, thanks for the help. Or am I being too picky?

  I believe that the remedy is more modeling than to color. In the above example a duplicated layer has been added.

  Then, the Image > Image apply to the Source set to green string and normal blending Mode.

  Then, in the layers panel change the blending mode to luminosity and to flatten the Middle your modeling use slightly curves as shown.

  At this point, you have more flexibility to adjust the color of the image, if you wish. (I suggest a slight increase in yellow through less blue - not shown here)

  (You can also reduce the opacity of the light chain, if you prefer the effect. It has not reduced in the picture above).

  I'm repeating a specific background image on every page of a calendar and want to change its colors on each page. There are 2 shades in the image using a total of four different colors. I am not at all skilled in the theory of color and I was wondering if someone can please tell me if there is an easy way to come with harmonious color combinations that I can apply to the original Illustrator file? My solution shortcut would be to convert color to grayscale and apply a color overlay, but the image will seem just flat when I do this. I prefer to set the gradients individually but do not know how to find the compatible colours.

  Couple for you ideas:

  First of all, try to use the color wheel on color.adobe.com.  Select the middle color and add your hex code of the color.  The app will automatically show you similar colors.  See an example of here. You can also experiment with other rules of color in the color rule menu (just click on one of them).

  Second, take a look at themes created by others.  If you are generally looking for colors that work well with the yellow, you can browse the most popular themes and identify some that use yellow.

• Help with the new Style of Table set in shape?

  I'm having all sorts of problems using the new table style trainer.  I'm not a RoboHelpHTML 8 experts (I better with version 5).  I am trying to create a table with 3 columns, of which the first is aligned to the left, the last 2 are centered.  The header (rank 1) is bold and centered.  Also I want all lines of the same thickness.  I created the table using the standard SimpleGridBlack... It is actually a line at the top... don't know what happened.  Then I ran WebHelp and the situation was identical to one here.  Then I duplicated the SimpleGridBlack and apply the new style to the table.  Then I started to make changes to the new style.  I chose the first line and made all columns centered and in bold. Because I want the columns 2 and 3 to be centered, I then selected columns even for change. He took care of column 2.  Then, I chose the last column of change. He took care of column 3.  However, the results were not what I expected. The upload does not quite show the image correctly.  The line under the "gg" is really there and the lines separating columns 1-2 and 2-3 in row 1 are really there.

  However, the first line of column 3 is not centered and lines A-B-C, D-E-F, A-D-G and H-E-B are thicker than the other lines.

  I hope that someone can help you.  It took 2 days and get a website made available for my use to get to the point that I am now.  It is a document that I am out of this week and I have a lot of tables to change.  Thanks for any help.

  8 HR tables are boring to say the least.

  First your alignment problems, you should take a look in the HTML itself to ensure that it is properly applied. The amoun of timers told me to center text and align and the HTML behind comes usually do. To verify here quickly.

  Regarding the double lines that you seem to be around the table, this may help, but I'm not sure that using your styles around them now.

  If you select the table as a whole, right-click right table properties > tab Table > table borders > turn off all borders of the table. Then go to this tab Table > cell borders > set the thickness to be used here, this applies to all round and will give you the lines you want.

  First remove the panelGroupLayout (thouh it is set to scroll and should not be a problem).
  also remove the inline of the panelCollection style, and see if it extends as you wish. You can then add the panelgroup again.
  Alternatively, you can replace the panelCollection with a panelBox just to see that all streteches as it should.

  If you right click on your trash folder then properties / retention policy. Turn off use my accounts in

  After changing my hard drive after a failure, I managed to copy all my stuff more, or so I thought. When I open iDVD, the application asks me to find the folder "themes." I don't have it. Apple no longer support iDVD so I was wondering if someone could help a copy?

  What version of iDVD you have?  You always have access to your old hard drive?  If so the folder you want to copy is named "iDVD" and will be located in one of two places:

  HD/Library/Application Support

  or

  User/Home/Library/Application Support.

  If you do not, you will need to get it by buying a copy of the diskette of iLife 09 of a 3rd party retailier as Amazon.com: ilife 09: softwareor eBay.com.  Why, because iDVD (and iWeb) has been abandoned by Apple for more than a year.

  Why iLife 09 instead of 11?

  If you buy an iLife disc in order to get the iDVD application do not forget the drive of iLife 11 provides only themes for iDVD 5-7.  Installs the software update is no longer the earlier themes to start from the disc iLIfe 11, or the accession of iDVD 7 available on the Apple Downloads site contain them.

  Export the slideshow in iPhoto under a QT sequence via the export button in the toolbar below.  Select size = medium or large.

  Once the project you want it save it as an image disk via the menu file → save as Disk Image . It will separate from the process of encoding of the burning process.

  To check coding mount the disk image, launch a DVD player and read it.  If it plays OK with DVD, encoding is good.

  Burn burn to disc with utility disk or toasts to the slowest speed (2 x - 4 x) in order to ensure the best quality.  Always use higher quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are recommended in these forums.
