Help to install my Acrobat program on new computer
Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.0 Win I bought this program years ago and need help on install on my new computer. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
You install programs exactly in the same way you did the 1st time... Put your disc in the drive, and enter your serial number when asked
.
Download & install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339 can help
-includes a way to go to a page to download the Adobe programs if you do not have a disk or drive
-you will need to enter your original serial number during the installation for non-Cloud programs

-Cloud Getting Started https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud.html
-Membership questions and problems https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1146459

Also go to https://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud/creative_cloud_faq
IF Windows 10 read below

-In addition, only CURRENT products will be tested and updated for compatibility with Windows 10
- so if you have an older program, update you to Windows 10 at YOUR risk of problems
-You can get CS6 and previous programs to install and run, or you can not (some do, some don't)
An idea that MAY work to install or run some programs in Windows 10 old... works for some, not for others
- or run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions can help... said yet, but sometimes it is necessary for all Adobe programs (this is same as using an administrator account)

I tried to uninstall a program, I downloaded by mistake, but the uninstall does not work in this instance. It has always worked before, but not on this program. The program is Setup to DivX. Can someone help me?
Hello

· You receive an error message when uninstalling the program?
You can follow the methods below and check if they help to resolve the issue.
Method 1:
If the program does not uninstall completely the first time, sometimes running the uninstall program a second time will succeed.
Method 2:
If this does not work, try uninstalling the program while Windows is running in safe mode. For more information, search help for "safe mode".
To start the system in safe mode see link below:

I tried to add my printer to run off of my laptop wireless, my desktop computer, is connected with a Linky router, my DSL. When I use add printer to my laptop, I do very well, until a box opens and indicates that the printer I am trying to add, is already on my laptop, & let me not then add it. I checked my list of installed/uninstalled program, but it is not listed there. My printer work very well on my laptop, when I had Windows XP on my desktop, but since I upgraded to Windows 7, it will not work. Please help me & thank you!
Hello
· What is the operating system on your laptop Windows Vista or Windows 7)?
· Where is the printer connected (to the desktop or the router)?
Check if the printer is already connected.
If Windows Vista installed on the laptop
(a) go to control panel
(b) select the printer and check to see if the printer is already listed. If so try to print a test page and check what is happening.
If Windows 7 is installed on the laptop
(a) go to devices and printers
(b) check if the printer is already listed. If so try to print a test page and check what is happening.
Hope this information is useful.

Does restart/reboot the computer after installing or uninstalling a program?
Original title: does restart/reboot the computer after installing or uninstalling a program? Which option is it on Vista? Hit reboot? Or off, wait and then start up?
I was told that if you add or remove a prgram, after it installs you need to 'reboot '.
Is this true?
Does this mean that, after the program is installed, you must reach the restart button? Or press 'stop' and then again wait a minute and then be able to save the PC?
Hello
Often an installation or uninstallation of will need to reboot to complete and it never hurts except for the
time it takes.A reboot is usually sufficient.
I hope this helps.

Uninstall not done correctly... I need help completely uninstall a program
I bought my laptop from a friend, and I don't think that they uninstalled a program properly. The programs are all Roxio programs and they still appear in the Add/Remove Programs list and still have in my computer, but the files exe files and uninstall files are not here. I think just delete what he thought, it was overall the program instead of uninstall. Is there a way to remove it completely, without some third party software?
Hello
Best way I know is using 3rd party software. If necessary to re - install the Roxio software,
does not matter if it works or not and then use Revo to uninstall completely.Use Revo Uninstaller - Free Version
