Help! Windows has damaged Macintosh HD
Hi people,
I really need an expert on this one!
I had OS X El Capitan and Windows 10 (bootcamp) installed on my MacBook Pro.
Today, I tried to boot Windows and a screen pops up saying that it was unable to start, so I used the installation disk windows 10 to "solve startup problems. After he supposed to solve problems. I can't start on OS X or Windows.
When I start and press "Alt" shows than OS X, but when I select it, the screen goes black and nothing happens, not even Apple logo (tried to start Safe Mode, reset the PRAM and nothing fixed).
I started with an OS X USB install and open disk utility, and now instead of two partitions with Macintosh HD and BOOTCAMP, it only shows "Untitled."
Here are a few screenshots of disk utility and Terminal log:
Try to reinstall your OS in disk utility and erase "Untitled" and then by installing an operating system on the cover page of the recovery/install disk back.

Hello!
For the life of me I can't figure out how to get my machine to boot successfully. Nothing changes when I choose Safe Mode, last known good Configuration, enable VGA Mode, booting, Directory Services Restore Mode or Debug Mode logging.
It's very stressful, because I'm right smack dab in the Middle a semester at the College. I have most of what I currently need access to supported illuminates... but not quite all :( It is also very reassuring to be able to take care of the school of work away from the library of the University. Yesterday, my computer was working fine... I think that Windows has completed an update, if I can't remember now. As I woke up this morning, I was not able to boot all the way to Windows only once.
My laptop is a HP Pavilion dv6000 running XP Media Center, and I have not installed new hardware since I bought the machine about 3 years ago.
Here are more details, where they can help in the diagnosis of my problem:
- ID of the system board: 30BB
- Type of processor: Genuine Intel(r) CPU T2250
- Processor speed: 1730 MHz
- Total memory: 1024 MB
- Video memory up to: 128 MB
- BIOS version: F.06
Here's the entire message to the blue screen:

A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Make sure you have enough disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video cards.
Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS. Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select Safe Mode.

Also, I never did much with computer problems beyond what could be repaired with the restoration of the system... so not being is not able to boot at all me has to stop. Please, I beg you! Help me?!
With great appreciation for your time,.
DamayaQuick suggestion
Some HP partition the hard drive. have you tried to type F11 or F12 during startup (before that he go to the option mode start screen)? It might take you for a HP recovery program in that partition (because windows don't be loading not to use that recovery)Good luck -

I just got an error message at startup, which reads: execution of data path: to protect your computer, Windows has closed this program: name: request for logon Userinit, Publisher: Microsoft. My pc is under Windows XP SP2. I think that different multiple verisons of software "virus protection" began to appear in the Explorer. I know that they do not belong on my computer. I tried to close them, but they just kept moving forward. I'm trying to find some help to solve the problem. Moreover, when I close the window of Data Execution Prevention error message, I have my bottom, no other other icons for one of my programs are on the screen. Help... This can be corrected?
Thanks in advance.
Carter2009,
If you started having 'Magical' Antivirus programs to appear on your system that you do not install, then you are infected. Some people may be painful to remove, to others not so much. I recommend http://www.malwarebytes.org/ for malware protection and http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/ for antivirus. But now you're in a bit of a place. I download Malware Bytes and put it on a USB key. Then see if you can boot in safe mode and run MalwareBytes. If you're not in safe mode, take a look at this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318027
Hope these helps. QQ learn manage!

I think that she has damaged its registry to the Windows Activation. Error 0xC004E003
Recently, I changed the hard drive in my Dell bosses. I know that Windows is trying to re - validate after a few hardware changes, but he never asked for this info so I guess he didn't need to.
Other day windows has been updated and kept 3 restarts back to back. She is eager to work and held down the power button to stop the updates. When it restarted, it says Windows is not genuine.
I thought it was related to the chance of hardware, but for some reason that I can't activate by phone that I usually do for this. Instead, it looks like:
I tried "Type a different product key" and I get:
When I go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ and run the downloadable program (it says that my browser cannot do and gives download) it says "Welcome to windows. Because you are real Security Essentials Free trial... "but when I go back to slui.exe he always wants me to enter a correct validation key.
I tried many commands via cmd slmgr and somewhere I think it did activate windows. There is no warning lower right of my screen or when I connect. However slui still say that I need to activate.
I think when she forced stoppage that she screwed up a register which is not settled by removing the key and product reactivation. Is there a way to reset these registers then reactivate?
Microsoft Genuine Advanced Diagnostic Tool gives me this info:

I have a Windows XP Home Edition with a breath main card computer. Replaced the Board, PS and other items. Then re-activated windows and everything was fine. Until the last moment, I rebooted after activating it. I have the problem that I have seen posted in a bit. When Windows has finished initializing all the desktop icons and task bar etc. disappear. Nothing works.
I can bring up the Task Manager and manually run programs, etc.
Believe me when I say I spent reviewing EACH reference to this problem... Yes 5 days and counting... Tried them all.
I also tried a repair of windows in place which ends without any problem (twice)... but still no icons or taskbar. I also ran several controls of virus, including one for the virus, which is usually the cause of this problem. (fsnimda3.exe), I tried all the ideas in another thread (page 9) and many other institutions. Before I did the reconstruction of the material I've cloned the original hard drive and have used the disc cloned juggling his original for the back. Even tried to reinstall the old disk and do a comparison of sector by sector, in the case where my cloning process missed something. In the 30 years I've been in the computer business I have never had a re - format a hard drive to solve a problem. BUT I think it will break my record.
I'm doing this as a favor for a friend. But at this point our friendship is really put to the test

Satellite L40 - 14N: problem has been detected and windows has been shut down
Help.
My laptop worked perfectly well until my son used last night and went on various games.
Since then when you turn it on, it is a blue screen that says: "a problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer. He said that he has downloaded something or added a new hardware or software.
So, off it and tried.
Have tried everything to make it work. tried to get into F8 and F12.Tried from the safe mode and the recovery disc tried following all the resulting instructions always blue screen.
Not knowing what else to do. I haves he Knackared now?
As I got the BSOD appears also after the use of the disk recovery and after a fresh install of the OS.
Is this right?Unfortunately, buddy, but sounds more like a hardware problem as a problem related to sound.
I would contact a technician for laptop and organize an audit of the material.
