I asked specifically for them to make sure that the SIM card have been set to BES not BIS. The first SIM card I try to register with the network does the following for me. The phone, before I save it with the BES server can call and surf the internet. Once I have sync the phone with the company's server and I go back outside to check on her send and receive these emails, I try to control the internet and it says that the service is not available. I have 3G (Yes capitol) service and I can make phone calls. The host routing table is empty and when I try to save the phone it just says 'sent message' but I never receives the roads. I wiped the phone and repeat the steps with the same result. I contaced the carrier because all the Google search I did pointed to the carrier but they swear the correct plan is attached. Please if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

  In fact, he should persist with the carrier. But first try to remove this BB to your BES, then by the ResetToFactory WIPE to remove the it strategy.   HRT and the functions of BIS should not be affected by BES, unless there is something in your it strategy that does. It is not very likely but it should impact the devices ALL active BES, not one only.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  You can try one of the following steps:

  Type of incorrect passwords for 10 times and the unit will automatically be dragged to the default factory settings.

  Otherwise, connect your device via USB cable to your laptop / desktop.

  Now open BlackBerry Desktop Software (CD, which is given in the box, install this software first).

  Once connected, restore your device to the default factory settings.

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  Hello. I have an account taken on my phone plus two other internet e-mail (Yahoo and AOL) accounts. I had two folders - one that would list all incoming calls as well as mail that came on behalf of the company and a folder for the account of the company.

  The record for one who lists incoming/missed calls, calls with missing mail the other day. The phone should not have been locked, was in my wallet, and did her own thing.

  Now, I received phone calls, it shows that I have "e-mail", but when I check the accounts, all mail was read. I can't access the "folder" where calls are listed to delete missed calls.

  Looks like you got Google Maps put in "compatibility" Mode As a result, half of the screen keyboard all the time.

  Find and click the 'Options '. Then click on 'Advanced Options', then click 'Applications', 'Google Maps' discovery and highlight do not click it. Then press the BB menu button and select "Disable the Compatibility Mode". Then back out and try again 'Google Maps'.

  Immediately after a good batt pull reboot (with power ON, remove the battery...), the AppSwitcher Ribbon will have the minimum system requirements apps... There are some that still need to be running. If your device does not work at this time, then it happens something else.
