Help with EPrint HP Photosmart D110 printer all in one

Hello I have 18 D110 all printers on my trucks in the field. We use ESC Service dispatch software of the DESCO and tablets with Verizon Samsung galaxy like our service. The Tablet is like a hotspot Wi - Fi and we connect the printer to the Tablet for the wireless. I find that we have a ton of problems on the ground, I'm trying to print invoices. I can check the status of the office and he says that the printer is connected and ready. Then the print job will be waiting for a very long time sometimes forever. Where is the break here? Which component has failed. I can't have engineers standing around waiting for an unreliable printing function. Anyone has any ideas on this?

Sorry, you have problems printing.  Issues with HOTSPOTS is Hotspots are more unstable than wireless routers. This is because the hot spots are more than a "access point" rather than being a 'bridge' for the internet. And if your drivers are mobile while using hotspots that could make even more unstable.  I must tell you that the Hotspots are not guaranteed to work, it depends on many factors.

But to improve the success rate of your impressions, I would like to inform your drivers to always power cycle (turn off voltage, then back on) the printer before sending the print job and if possible be stationary while trying a print job.

    To add to what sabertooth04 said, here a link to a document that deals with the applications of printing for your printer model. Click the menu drop down titled "Managing planned delivery Print Apps" and the option to cancel or remove an application will be available for you click on and examine measures to remove this application.     I have a HP photosmart 2610v printer all-in-one.  It is 5 years and more.  It worked fine no problems until yesterday that I went to change the color ink cartridge. I removed an empty, put in the new one (removal of all packaging), closed dorrs and said of the window "insert the left dropout color ink cartridge.  So I deleted several times re closed the door and he went on to say the same thing.  I got before bad cartridges so I returned it to the store and they have exchanged. I came home with the new cartridge and did the same thing, and it keeps telling me to "insert the left dropout color ink cartridge. By the way, I only buy HP ink cartridges.  I had trouble with brands and refills is a new HP cartridge. I looked in the directory for troubleshooting and nothing seems to help me. My first difficulty to any computer problem is to restart or unplug and let it set for a little while and reconnect it. I did it too and he continues to say the same thing.     I was delighted when the HP customer service (day of week) helped me to set up the printer so that I could print my email.   That's all I wanted to do.   It was working fine...  Until I started to print some of the options intriguing on the LCD (I bought this 7520e in May...  It's me that me handles with it now...  Only connected to my WiFi router network, or else, last week...  Thanks for this CS HP)

    There was a little too much actually printing... I had pressed the loads of options on the LCD screen...  More than 3 dozen...  So I just pressed the red X for "Cancel printing"...  After that when I sent my email to the address @hpeprint it is impossible to print!    Before you press "Cancel printing" it worked flawlessly.

    I tried everything...  Subsequently pressing factory reset... It was bad because I seem to have lost the address @hpeprint for my printer that I chose at the start... The new code to put in place the new address @hpeprint...  Should work, but...  Computer says NO!

    Needless to say I'm on a learning curve big when it comes to printers and Windows 8.1 (only to be used in smartphone and Tablet B4)

    Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you have recently done a factory reset on your printer Photosmart 7520 and lost your ePrint personalized e-mail address.

    There is no way to retrieve your previous custom ePrint email address, once said that is no longer available to claim again.  You will need to create a new ePrint personalized email address.

    With regard to all print jobs that you try to cancel, looks like you had accidentally subscribed to several applications print on the front.  I've included the document How to access and change sheets printable by HP connected for reference.

    My photosmart 7520 worked well until a few days ago.  It has stopped printing.  Wireless test report I am not connected.  I tried the wizard wireless set up to get reconnected but my wireless router number has disappeared from the list.  I typed it in manually but it won't.   Anyone know how I can print again?

    I noticed that your HP Photosmart 7520 will not connect wireless to your Windows 7 computer. I'm happy to discuss this issue for you!

    I would say to begin with a hard reset, by going to this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector. Questions when it is connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power. This is true for printers and ink jet.

    I would also like to cycle power to the router. (With the router, unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds and plug it back.) Wait for the lights to come back and try to connect to the printer again. Installation of the wireless printer.

    If it still does not work, print a Network Setup page. Print a Network Configuration Page, let me know if something falls down, and the number of disconnects.

    I would really like to complete reset of my 5510 Photoscmart instructions.  We do not print black.  I have changed the cartridges twice, cleaned the heads of printer on the screen and with a damp cloth (as shown on Youtube) but still no black.

    Was fine print, but then the black began to go and then replace cartridge. Checked the vents and the vents are clean in black ink. Go to print a report on the quality, but the black is white. Any ideas how to make a partial or complete printer reset?

    I understand the frustration you feel. First, we determine if you are experiencing a hardware problem or software. I believe that the print head might be clogged, please follow the steps below to help you determine the cause.

    I would like to try the steps in this guide: printer prints a blank Page or not printed in black or color ink.

    • If the test page prints in black stop here!
    • If the test page doesn't print in black continue.

    Is the printer during the warranty period? If so, I suggest that you contact HP. I've included the contact information below.

    If the printer is not covered by the warranty, you can always try a manual cleaning print head, as shown in the video below. Please use at your own discretion.

    NOTE: HP Photosmart 5510 doesn't have a removable customer printhead as your 5520. This video shows how to remove and clean.

    I get an error message on my computer that needs to be replaced my black ink cartridge... I had just installed all new cartridges and they are all full.  Why would I receive this message?  I called CS and I was told that because my printer was out of warranty, which is probably the driver.  Given that I only am not computer savvy, I'm not sure what should be done at this point that the printer is only 4 years old.  Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to solve the problem before I spend the money, it is fixed or replaced?   Thank you

    It is possible that the new cartridges were new in the box, but beyond their life expectancy.  You can check the dateof end of warranty as described here.  The cartridges which are very old may have ink that has thickened because of evaporation.  There's a debate of the issues surrounding the ink expiration.  Photosmart 3210 allow a substitution of the expiry of the ink if that is the issue, please refer to your user manual.
