  Hi Mohammed sorry for the delay in response to I am new to the Forum and could not find my way. The day of receipt of the answer to my question, I did the hard reset twice just to make sure that the camera has failed the first time, second time was also without result. The message "camera comes from is crushed" appearing after that urged the camera icon at the bottom of the empty screen. However, the next day I was checking the phone again and to my surprise the open unit and was able to take a picture without an accident, so can only assume the hard reset helped the camera works again but the result was not immediate.

  According to the PrecisionHDMC camera Guide, page 17, the camera cables that usually come with codecs can be 5, 6.5, or up to 20 meters.  Anything more than 5 meters requires the camera powered by the power of the camera and not the codec using the camera control cable itself.

  I have a few installs custom where the camera control cable is well up to 75-100 feet.  Just follow the outputs pins on the same page as above to make your own cable and don't forget to use the POWER-CAM-V = power supply to power the device.

• Video format not supported in the camera. Help?

  My phone was used to take some videos of my horse jumping during a show. 3 videos read perfectly but the main I wanted says it is 0:00 in length and shows as just a white tile in the camera roll and when you click on play the phone tells me it is a unsupported video format and that the film cannot be read because the video format is not supported.   I think you might be misunderstanding this sentence in aid. It does not refer to the size of the table, in regard to the number of lines go in the table. It is in fact the number of real lines exist in the table. And the total number of rows in the table is absolutely not affected by the height of the table.

  I can't give you a reasonable way to solve this problem, since as you have already noted plot do not snappable plots.

I personally found the DxO One for the price of $500 and don't know if the size of outweigh the specifications of the camera for that price. I have also suggested the Sony A6000, $550.

  I was hoping to get some suggestions for a first time purchase at or around the same price range as the two cameras above the barrel.

  My personal opinion is the One DxO a gadget out of price point and shoot camera.

  On the side of Cannon I would consider the PowerShot G7 X renovated ($449.99) directly from Canon with the one year warranty.

  Regarding the Sony A6000 is where the cannon becomes the choice clearly better. When it comes to cameras with interchangeable lenses, Canon has the best value of lens there. STM of Canon lenses offer outstanding image quality, at an unbeatable price.

  Thanks for the reply.  A friend told me to stop the BB, remove the battery and then turn it back on.  The BB took a few mintues to come back but it worked and everything was restored.  He explained that the BB goes through a process of battery conservation and stop all programs in order to save energy.  He thinks that the current BB software is apparently not restored these programs stop you.  Maybe the upgrade of the software you suggested will do just that (?).  In any case, thanks for the effort.
