as the approximate layout related to her below may or may not connect, I want to have a bunch of images that positioned horizontally and can be advanced/re-wound with left and right arrows. There is probably a total of 30, but only 4 or more appears on the screen at any time. I want the images to be tinted to 50% in their State to stop and turn at 100% on turnover. In addition, bearing, I want a text below the solid image. I would also have images above each tinted/solid image that would act as a title... shown in the diagram as "1, 2, 3, 4.
Anyone know a business model or a script that does this - as something projectseven or something? I wish that it would be easy to update.

Reset the settings of your Lan IE:
In the menu Tools of IE, select Internet Options, then click on the 'Connections' tab and then click on the button "network settings." Deselect the options (remove all checkmarks that might be present).
Reset IE advanced settings:
While staying in Internet Options, click on the "Advanced" tab and then click on the button 'Restore advanced settings'.

You could get the app and drivers both with your PC you can use these, otherwise go the manufacturer's Web site and find what is appropriate for your system.
