  You can download the drivers designed for Windows 7 and install it on the use of the compatibility mode of Windows 8. Follow the steps.

  Method 1:

  (a) access to the start screen

  (b) press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the charms (if you have a touch screen: touch the right edge of your screen and slide your finger to the center of the screen to display the bar of charms)

  (c) search for troubleshooting, click settings in the right-hand column.

  (d) click on troubleshooting. Click on run for earlier versions of Windows programs

  (e) click Next, select do not appear. Click next

  (f) click Browse and select the installation program that you downloaded via the link above.

  (g) click Next, click the troubleshooting program

  (h) check the program worked in earlier versions of Windows, but that will not install or run box now

  (i) click Next, select the latest OS known functional for this driver (probably Windows 7)

  (j) click Next.

  And you should get a whole lot of choice in the drop-down list of oval-surrounded. Some may be specific to a printer, and some cannot.

  Is not what you get? If this isn't the case, maybe you should post a screenshot.

  I'm not really convinced that the choice of the color in the InDesign print area management has much to do with what you want to accomplish. Certainly, it should not influence selection paper. for example.

  Thank you for your answer!  I had to work, but not exactly with the steps you described.  I did not know exactly if the uninstall of the printer actually removed the drivers and didn't know how to manually remove printer from my computer drivers.  What I did was downloaded from the Epson site 'drivers and utilities package' for Windows 7, and not only the printer drivers.  Once downloaded, I ran it and it is installed the correct printer.

My attempt to buy a driver restore from a created web support over certain problems.   About the error messages and giving you remote access to someone, do the following:

  You gave them remote access they may try to steal your credit card and bank information and also perform an identity theft on you.

  If you do Internet banking, contact your bank, explain, and change passwords.

  If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.

  And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.

  I have a Satellite A200 (originally with Vista Home Basic) and re-installed Windows XP Home SP3 32-bit edition. Everything worked very well, all USB ports are ok (tested with PDA, webcams, USB drives...). I installed a multifunction Epson Stylus SX100 printer and the laptop only detected the Scanner, but not the printer.

  This multifunction printer has been tested on a non - laptop Toshiba and everything was ok. (The same drivers from the Epson web site). If I install the CD-Rom Epson, with the ease of installation, then it asks me to connect the printer (the first driver it installs). After a few minutes, the program stops installation because it can not detect the printer. If I install it manually (sending to the printer to another port), and then install the scanner. then the scanner is detected, but not the printer.
  I can't go to the properties of the printer and redirect the printer to the USB port as the port is not in the list.

  I downloaded the drivers for Satellite A200 WXp32 tips from the Toshiba web page.

  Any idea?

  Have you updated Windows with all hotfixes from Microsoft? Check the Windows Update site.

  Also try the latest driver on Epson site. Maybe they could work.

  And what's happened, if you delete the printer driver, and then connect the printer to the laptop?

  Help!  My router died and I work from a Home Office, so I use a wireless on loan from my ISP... it is a temporary solution until they can get out of my house and install a new router. It allows to copy, but not print from my computer. The computer recognizes it but it says it is offline connection and guard my documents in what. In addition, my Epson Stylus NX510 printer still displays a page with my ink level and tells me that it is printing this page appears but does not read my ink level and it says that my printer is ready to print. My wifi lite is on the printer...
