  I need to create a form for my site of muse. When the form is submitted the information needs to go to a table or database or the list on this site of muse.

  For example, a customer would go on my site and do not want to publish information on what they are looking for. They fill in their details and what they are after and click on submit. Such information would then appear in a list or a table containing information of other customers who submitted information.

  Yes it is possible with BC. You can either use the form of Muse or create a form in British Colombia, and then insert the form html code in the Page of Muse.

  Once the user submits the form, a notification would be triggered for you that would show the summary form as what the user has filled in the details.

  In CRM, submitting a form creates an action in respect of the user entity. You can access the case and see related information. In BC CRM, you can directly access all cases and use the filter options to filter with date etc. Alternatively, you can generate a report on the use of the form or the case where he would list details of the user and the field values that the user has submitted.

  I need to create a form and have the information sent with the add to cart for PayPal.  Is there a way to do this?  I am trying to create an order form that the customer will expand and then when submitted using the add to cart PayPal button all the information from the form will be presented as well as their payment.

  We have a lot of forms, and in many cases, our custom JavaScript if applies to all forms in a given folder. We want to determine the name of the file of the form so that we do not have to list each shape in a giant 'IF' statement.

  Is good enough record id, it should not change anyway.

  Alert (externalFormId);

  will provide the folder under that accessed the form.

  Hi all

  I tried to gather the right info to use javascript to create a shape to bring in particularsymbols of the symbol library based on the variables of the form. I took pieces of various examples of scripts and tried to make this work, but my problem is when I try to use conditional statements.

  This is a limited version of what I want to do, but just to get the message.

  1. I want to select a script that has various dropdowns. I want the first dropdown to give me 3 options: 10, 13, 18

  2. I would also like another drop-down list that gives me three options: needle single, double needle and knife-blade.

  3. I wish that it have an "ok" button and the button "Cancel".

  4. from there when I click the ok button, a symbol is presented library according to what parameters have been given to the form.

  ex. If I selected 10 the first descent to the bottom and double needle in the second, I would like to "SYMBOL" be pulled from the library and centered on the artboard.

  ex. If I have selected 13 the first descent to the bottom and double needle in the second, I would like to 'SYMBOL B' to be pulled from the library and centered on the artboard.

  I got the user interface is displayed and it works as expected, as well as to bring it into a symbol, my problem comes when I try to integrate functions and conditional statements.

  Here is my script. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

  MyFillSelection = myDropdown.selection is outside the service, so it will always read '13', anything to change value.

  Place this line in your service and add the text property... MyFillSelection = myDropdown.selection.text;

  then do your if comparisons, that will do.

  Adobe assign an index for each instance of the field, so we will have to recordedHours [0], recordedHours [1]... recordedHours [30]

  Now, I need to set and get the values using Javascript, so something like:

  I tried all the ways I see maybe get and set values through Javascript and I've searched high and low on the web but couldn't find anything - I know I have probably SUS (the stupid user Syndrome), but can someone help me out here?

  The problem is that you have to solve the expression to be able to get the right index finger, you can use the xfa.resolveNode syntax. This allows you to pass a string and that gets interpreted for you. So the syntax:
