  I am currently trying to obtain a model of machine configuration virtual xp in lab management. I have deploy the model, mount the .iso image file, start the installation, but then installing XP spits a message that there is no hard drive detected on the computer. I checked the properties on the machine, there is obviously a hard drive I put in place. It is in the format of BusLogic SCSI parallel. Is there a specific reason for this installation isn't or doesn't see is not the virtual disk?   You should try to reinstall the Service Station, I think it should work. Just download the latest version of Toshiba service station on the official website of Toshiba and install it:

  But don t forget to first remove the old version before installing the newer one. ;)

  I have for the recovery disk, but it does not start, so I can't yet to erase my hard drive.
  So far I have tried:
  -Start, then press f8
  -Start, then press c
  -start and press 0

  I've already changed my boot order, but my laptop still does not boot CD. The support page, I found several ways to fix it, but nothing works. It also seems that the cd/dvd is not recognized.

  Normally, you can boot from the recovery disk Toshiba if enter you the BIOS boot menu, and then select the CD/DVD drive as a boot device. Then press ENTER and that the computer starts from the disk. Key combinations that you mentioned as F8, c, etc. doesn't work, they are for HARD drive recovery.

I have a friend who has the m4 Envy model that would replace its screen and it's a simple enough question and relatively inexpensive. Is it true that to get the screen replaced on the model I have is a difficult and costly process? Can someone better explain why the screen can be fixed quite easily as most laptops if I'm SOL on mine?

  On models that come with the Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapter, which is not a card without wireless/bluetooth combination, this is why you can't get all bluetooth devices to connect.

  If you need to have bluetooth, you can:

  1. replace the wireless card internal with one of the cards without wireless/bluetooth combination described in Chapter 3 of the maintenance manual.  R & R procedures are provided in Chapter 5.
