  You may need to contact Adobe and explain the situation, that a computer has failed before you had the chance to disable LR but apart that you shouldn't have a problem.

  I don't know where do you live and what models are available in your country but perhaps 10V is not available in your country but a model with another model name, but the same PU141E part number.

  If you are ready to deal with older software, and your computer can support the older versions, you can always buy CS6, but it will never be updated and will not run on newer computers.
