Hi, I have the 2014 package which includes lightroom and photoshop. Can I move to 2015 for free? If yes how can I do? My photoshop 2014 disappeared and its saying I have a 30 day trial for the 2015. Thank you for the help

  I uninstalled Lightroom, re-installed, but everything remains the same. After clicking on the play button, the video window is black. I can only kill Lightroom in the Task Manager.

If Adobe please, no matter how lucky you could focus on the provision of a useful product, not to invent unnecessary mess that have zero impact on your username?   You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time.

  It is advisable to disable the software on a computer on which it will be is most used, especially before giving away or selling the computer or reformat the hard disk. Please see this link: How to disable the software.  This frees an activation if you have the option to install the software on another computer at any time.

  With a staff of creative cloud you will not be able to install Lightroom 6/CC on this computer, because it is not compatible on 32-bit systems. See the system requirements for Photoshop Lightroom for Mac OS and Windows

  However, you can install Lightroom Creative Cloud Desktop App.Refer 5 How to find and install previous Version of Adobe Apps in CC-2015 | Adobe Customer Care Team

  We recommend that you search for other laptops of 64-bit.

  I have a HP Pavilion laptop, which came with XP on it and XP key on the back sticker. However, when I bought it, it came with a free Vista Upgrade, that I used. Now several years later it says that my copy of Vista is not authentic, but I can't get the CD key to verify that the CD key is for XP, not Vista.

  Any ideas of how to fix cela, or should I just try it backward on a XP machine with old code?

  I've been infected with Vorstran (or Vorstan?) several months ago.
