  I bought a new MacBook Pro.
  I'm on Mac OS with Firefox 15 10.7.4. Whenever I did a right click or try to use a pull down menu in Firefox, it causes the system crash, forcing a manual reboot.
  No accident report is available as Firefox does not actually crash.

  2.) disable all add-ons
  3.) reset Firefox
  4.) removal and reinstall of Firefox

  The problem persists.

  It is critical, a key issue that I have been using Zotero of Firefox plugin to write my thesis which is about 50% complete and now I can't use Firefox or the Zotero plugin and have about 800 references I don't want to have to re - enter! It also prevents me to continue the work on the thesis that I can't insert references, and I present this March thing!

  If Zotero is a plugin, why can not use you it with another browser? Different browsers may use the same plugins, especially with Mac OS.

• Im trying to put 2 OSM inside a floating frame. Is this possible?

  A little bug. Create a graphic image on the right size (you can adjust it later). Stick some dummy content and set the scrolling image options. Delete the content and then paste the content you want in the frame.

• The cutting tool will not work in trying to capture the menu drop-down

  I've recently upgraded to Office 2016 from 2013 and since then my Snipping Tool will not work correctly. I can always capture what I want except for the drop down menus. Eight other users are connected to my network of the company; all Windows 7, all Office 2016 and it works on all the computer but mine. I opened the Snipping Tool, click Cancel (tried to escape, too), and then open the menu drop down, press Ctrl + print screen and nothing happens. Can someone help me?

  I just thought of it myself. Used to work in previous versions using the Esc, then press Ctrl + print screen. Now, it's a little different.

  1. Your screen are preparing to capture you want, with the exception of the drop down.
  2. Open the capture tool and choose the type of capture you want (I use the Rectangle) and now the new part... Choose a delay for however many seconds you have to when you press New when you can open the drop desired down.
  3. Click new. (The capture tool will activate not to but the number of seconds you have chosen late.)
  4. Open your drop desired down and wait for the tool.
  5. Proceed as usual.

  What password? You can change a password for the account, but if you do not know the FileVault password, you are in a bind. You need to call Apple directly if you their sent an emergency password when configuring the FV.

By making the two above, I get a login screen in the fall to the bottom of the window, but at the time wherever I am connected, it becomes totally empty. I am running an iMac and OS 10.9.5 3.4Ghz i7. Can not work of the CC function without the content of this window, so the only way I can close the app is by restarting the computer. CC wants me Uninstaller uninstall ALL my applications from Adobe, which is not practical. All of the other CC users on the site here do not have this problem, so it does not appear to be linked to the firewall. Help would be appreciated!
