  Make sure you use the correct serial number.  Quickly find your serial number

  If you do not disable the original installation, then it is possible that your two activations permits were used, and you need to reset your counter to activate.  For this you must contact the Adobe Support via chat and ask them to reset your activations.  If you ask for more than that they will tell you that they cannot offer you any support.

  As is the case with many email providers, AOL may have made some changes at their end. The usual troubleshooting step is to delete this email account > then add it back back

  To be more precise, it is not a question of Acrobat 6, having not been tested under Windows 7. We know that it does not work due to changes in the operating system architecture. The first version of Acrobat to all compatible with Windows 7 is Acrobat 8.1 (an update to Acrobat 8). The latest version of Acrobat (and the only one currently available for licenses) is Acrobat 11.
