  This has nothing to do with Office for Mac... In fact, Access Manager is a feature of Internet Explorer, which is a browser of Windows operating system.

  If this is a feature of Mac you are referring, apparently logged as something other than an administrator.   I had to reset to factory settings after upgrade. However, it was so painful, that I did it and just solved the problem.
