  1. you have Windows Vista Service Pack 1 installed on your computer?
  2. have you done any software or hardware changes on your computer before this problem?
  3. you make a system image backup?
  This problem occurs because the backup process detects that the system drive is dirty.
  Windows Vista backup always includes the system as part of the backup drive. If the system drive is dirty, the backup process skips the system drive, and no snapshot of the system drive is created. Therefore, the backup cannot locate a snapshot of the system drive later, and the error occurs.

  Hi, I deleted wrongly silverlight all programs trying to uninstall it to get a better version of netflix.  Now when I try to uninstall it the right way, I get a message from the windows installer saying "this patch package could not be opened.  "Check that the patch exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows setup hotfix package.

  Let's get your OS reloaded on your phone.  If battery pull is not the case, should an OS reload.  Connect your phone to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click the device in the upper part of the software and then update.  If no new version of the OS is available, click on see the other Versions and choose the one that says currently installed.
