• 'Hide controls' in 8 workstation

  In the redesign of the user interface for Workstation 8, it seems that the option 'Hide controls' has been removed.  This option has the possibility to withdraw a large part of the user interface of workstation around the machine virtual when running in a window the size of the maximized screen comments but still be 'windowed '.  I used 'Hide controls' as an alternative to full screen because I run several virtual machines and want to always each virtual machine in a window, so I can quickly interact with the local office, but I wanted to also estate screen as much comments as possible.

  View--> customize only what you are after? I can't get rid of the menu bar, but everything is removable from there.

• Help with the weight of the race while drawing objects

  From today, every time I have to draw any object (square, ellipse, etc.), the weight of the race is VERY thick.  I went to the dash Panel and it is set to 1 point, so I'm puzzled

  as to why he was so thick drawing. What else can be the cause of this problem?

  Because of the value that you set smoothing, you can in the screenshot that you shared, you did the smoothing as 0. Can you please try to increase the value of smoothing under brush PI.

• How can I keep a floating window on top a document with tabs so that it can be used as a reference while drawing/painting?

  Just started using Photoshop CC on my iMac and I noticed this problem which I did have using windows based computers. Any floating window appears just to hide in the background as soon as I click on the document with tabs that I want to work. It is a problem for me because I would have a few references open while painting and I still have another one with nothing, but my colors in palette. I already went to the preferences but can't seem to find a way to avoid this and widow options > reorder weren't no matter what help also to resize all windows so that they do not overlap the other ends up losing a lot of screen real estate.

  Have you tried turning off the frame of the application?

• Violation of security sandbox while drawing video of CDN on BitmapData

  Hi all

  I get this:

  Error #2123: Security sandbox Violation: BitmapData.draw

  while I try to draw the image of a video from a server rtmp on a BitmapData object. The solutions I found all applicable to a SWF loaded from another domain. This implies to have the logic in this file. However, I don't see any possibility to place logic in the video and have little access to the video server (WOWZA), which there are several and I strangers to forehand because of the CDN load balancing nature.

  Anyone know of any work autour?

  If you do not have access to the server and your CA is not willing to help - there is no work around for rtmp streams.

  SERVER-side must be set to Client.videoSampleAccess.

  Note that the ENTIRE display list that contains the video that streams an unauthorized asset with videoSampleAccess is not available for BitmapData.draw.

  If you want to hide option to set a Break control: turn this option off in the area of the search bar of your definition of attributes of interactive report.
  If you just want to hide the image when a Break of control is used in a standard definition of IR: put the javascript $x_Hide ('apexir_CONTROL_PANEL_COMPLETE') or $x_Hide ('apexir_CONTROL_PANEL') in the footer of the region.

  When I create a shuttle there are two sets of icons. To move items between the two parts of the shuttle (indicated between the two fields) and the other to control the order of selected items (shown to the right of the shuttle).
  
  I wish I could hide the second set of icons that the user should not be able to reorder items in the list of the selected item.

  You can use css to hide.
  For ex if you put in your header HTML

  There is possible some javascript APEX too libraries do the same.

• Stepper motor control while reading encoder

  I'm looking to generater a pulse train to control a parallel reading and step by step motor in the impulses of the encoder of the motor. I was able to create two distinct VI who perform these taks individually, but when I put them into a single program (as shown below) is where I run on resource issues. I think I'll have problems affecting timers my properly and that's why I'm having these problems. I use a NI 9401 to generate impulses for the controller and a 9402 train OR read in the impulses of the encoder. If possible I would bring up just using the NI 9401 for the inputs and outputs if possible. The two are connected on a backplane cDAQ 9172 NU. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated on what I'm doing wrong.

  

  Thanks for the suggestion of Carmen, but I was able to understand what it was with a little help from NEITHER. The finite number of pulses of timing function requires 2 counters, so when I tried to read in the encoder data there where no meter more left on the backplane. Changing impulses continuously solved my problem. I'll take a background of most recent basket with 4 meters from the lab which should allow me to run the finite number of pulses and read data from encoder at the same time.

  Hey guys,.

  So my problem is that I have a list of songs I want to something like an enum or control of the ring, the user will have to click an option, and something will happen to each selection. the program will be a lot of pages where the enum/ring will be present and on each page the options available will be a relatively unique group of known values.

  basically options 1 to 6 are already known to exist.

  on page 1 the drop-down list displays options 1, 2, 3

  page 2 the drop down menu displays the options 2, 4, 5, 6

  ....

  each page will have a combination of options.

  also, this isn't random, im pulling the page and the list of items in the list from a database.

  Im trying to think of a good way to do it, my guess is my options are rings or enums but if theres another thing that I could use to generate lists like that at the time of execution I have no problem to looking into it. I was looking for using the channels property node to take the strings of the options of the database and filling of the control of the ring, but how can I keep the ring always associated with the appropriate string value? I could use the property value and string and just pre associate database of the appropriate digital value chains.

  I wonder if there is a better way to go about it.

  I would use a ring as you change the list dynamically.  Then, you can use the property of [StringsAndValues] for each of them to fill their individual list.

  To better illustrate this point of view please the VI attached. When you run the code what I can do is change the value of the control by using the indexed values. So going back to my question - what changes should I make to the code in order to have the choice of using 1.) (and 2.) at the same time?

  After extensive research on the structures of the event and property nodes, I finally found a solution.

  Is attached the working version of a button control that can be further manipulated by a secondary control, but still maintain it's own control capabilities (IE not the substitution or the line of the error stream)

  I am currently using an older version of PS CS2 and I have a problem. When I use the free transform to rotate the items and try to get out a guide to align something guide disappears as soon as I let go! This had not happened, but now it always happens.

  The guides work regularly when I'm not turn but as soon as I turn something this behavior appears. Everyone knows this and if so can fix it you?

  First thing to try is trashing preferences in Photoshop by Holding control + Option + shift as you start the application.

  Not exactly is not possible... But you can push the screen application permissions so that the user can define allow them... Look at the ApplicationPermissions class...
