Highway express 2000europe

Microsoft Windows 7 operating software. I installed Works Suite 2000 but can't use the Express2000Europe highway. So frustrating to find that I can't use s/ware perfectly good and useful because I upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. Is there anything I can do?

Would like to have a solution.

  • IWeb to...

Sandbox and Wix seek the best for me so far.

I had GoDaddy.com to host my Web site and bought my four names of them also. Looks like I'll have to spend GoDaddy also because most of these design programs I like include accommodation.

EVERWEB.com - software program $80; By one year $ 100-200; did not like their models and no blog page. copy the text and images of iWeb and sticking them in EverWeb. video http://www.everwebapp.com/support/iweb-to-everweb.html seems a bit complicated and very slow. EverWeb supported models of Master, which means that you can design your web site once and apply your site automatically changes to every page of your site. Not sure I like it. In iWeb, I could use different "models on each page if I wanted to.

SANDVOX.com - program $ 80 a so-called extracted content from Web site... to extract the content of a website in a new document. After you enter the URL of your website, Sandvox will start to crawl into your Web site, consider the main content of each page and create the corresponding pages in your new document to the site.

If everything is fine once the general appearance and feel is set up (drawing is chosen, site title entered, adjusted, banner etc.), add pages and more content, the major part of a site will have to be rebuilt but sounds like it would be even easier.

3 choice accommodation: Multi this plan is the "medium term", $144 / year (equivalent to $12 / month), and it also includes a domain name *-in private life. This plan includes more bandwidth (45 GB transferred per month) and storage (10 GB). In addition, using this plan, you can use a single account to host up to 10 websites (with their own unique domain name). All your published sites are within the limits of bandwidth and the ability to plan. Choose this plan if you will host more than one Web site, or if your business or your personal site gets too much traffic for the limits of the single plan, or if you need more storage that includes the unique plan.

WIX.com program is FREE. the best models, appears simple, similar to iWeb, gives instructions for the transfer. They have four hosting plans. eCommerce is $192 per year; Unlimited is year $149, and the 'combo' $111. Don't see that much difference except eCommerce probably allows you to sell items. Domain names are free the first year about $10 after that. (recommended for Combo is probably enough) Model and design are related to the hosting subscription, so that you can not take the files to another host and still waiting for the forms to work. Ethnoid said that WiX is mainly for people who want a quick and easy option to set up a site online and who don't know really a lot of web design or sites. (hmmm that's maybe me!)

Highway Express.com - 4 star reviews on version 6.12. FREE, but seems difficult to me.

Flux4.com - (recommended by old Toad) $99 - very different to iWeb. "steeper learning curve." is really a professional web site design tool.

Dreamweaver - $20 a month, $240 per year and you continue to pay $20 for a cost additional months. You can open your Web pages in dreamweaver with the command open from the file menu. But the cost is outrageous I think.

He had to make a decision very soon.

Freeway Pro/Express is no harder to learn that many others - you can try demo and download the demo for free.

Flow is now on 6 stream, but yes, there is a steep learning curve, and it's probably more for those who know something about html/css.

WiX is NOT similar to iWeb to all. WiX is similar to other manufacturers online like SquareSpace, etc. of Wordpress.com. You visit Wix and sign upward and create your site name and it's something like mynewsite/wix.com and you then create your site online and it is then published on the servers of Wix. If you want you can pay an additional amount and get taken off the power adds, then bind your own domain name for the site that you created here, but yes, you are right in that you cannot move it later and you need to cancel your membership of Wix, if you want to do something different.

You could take another look at EverWeb because I think that blog pages are intended to be available with version 2, which may already be out soon.

On all of them, EverWeb is perhaps the best way to go to the ease of use and it is the most similar to iWeb.

The other alternative is to use the CMS (Content Management Systems) that are Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress, and if you already have hosting with GoDaddy, then you can install these on any field you want with a single click.

Drupal is a bit more complex, but Wordpress.org is good and there are a lot of good free templates, but you don't have to spend that much to get a nice looking model.

You don't really need to know the html or css to use the CMS either.

  • Customers SIP third can save CUCM via Highway and road Express-Core

    Hi all

We are the kind of partner with Cisco in China. Our SIP in the Intranet clients can register to CUCM and make calls to the other. Now, we intend to let our customers SIP Internet CUCM registry. As far as we know, Cisco edge expressway and highway-core are required for Cisco devices is registered to the CUCM. However, we wonder if the third-party SIP clients in the Internet can join CUCM via Highway-core and Highway? After Google search, could not find a clear answer to this question. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Best regards

    Chen-Che

MRA does NOT with any 3rd party (SIP or H.323) device, endpoints only Cisco working with ARM.

Deepak is just saying that internally, you can register as a VCS - C (and the trunk then to CUCM), and in fact, if they are SIP, x8.8 also allows recording on EXP - C, once again, internally NOT on ARM.

You say you already save those of CUCM internally, there is even no need registration VCS - C.

  • Outlook express - priority?

OK, silly question. Since I can't find a Board Outlook Express I'll ask here. My boss has send all emails Outlook Express 'high priority '. He said that this actually get to the person as soon as somehow, he takes the highway instead of the side streets go to the person.

    Please clarify this.

I think that this article explains very well. (No, high priority emails move not faster.)

  • SX10 and H.323 by highway

For the record, is not on the track express-E and CUCM...

I a SX10 recorded a highway of VCS and have run into some problems when I call a Polycom RMX customers. If I call from a SX20 forced to call H.323, everything works fine, but with SIP my client will receive my audio.

As the SX10 cannot force H.323, there is simply not yet this option, I would like the VCSE make interoperability for me. How can I configure the VCSE so that it always uses the H.323 when a specific end point registered calls him a specific endpoint or MCU point? Is this possible? The RMX meets SIP calls, if she only answered calls H.323 the VCSE course automatically would make interoperability.

    Appreciate any reply :)

    / Christian

You should pass the SX10 at CE8.2 that just came out, it adds support for H323 for the SX10 and should solve your problem of having to use SIP only, here are the Release Notes for CE8 for reference.

It is not an easy way to force a call using this device or this Protocol, if the calling endpoint can answer using the Protocol it is called, it will be. Yoi simply can't do with just a search rule, you must create an entirely second course area between your VCS-C/E, having active H323 and have the rule search - C for this new game of the Polycom alias box and have a higher priority than your other crossing area.

  • VCS Expressway, highway

    Hello

Gently, I confused, what are the differences between VCS Expressway and Freeway?

-Don't need Expressway a HW (server), it is only allowed in CUCM I need to buy?

-pre sales engineer, when can I choose VCS-E? and when can I take the freeway?

    Thanks and greetings

    There is a thread here:

    https://supportforums.Cisco.com/discussion/12699961/Expressway-series-vs-VCs-control-Expressway

    To summarize:

What are the differences between VCS Expressway and Freeway?

-VCS expressway or the Server Traversal is the 'legacy' that supports local recording of external H323/SIP based endpoints by using its features of Registrar Gatekeeper h.323 and SIP. It also serves as the traversal server for VCS (client of crossing) control to support for firewall traversal calls and B2B.

-Highway consists of Core Expressway and the highway, or they call it 'Collaboration Edge'. The concept of highway is the same as the 'life' VCS control + VCS Expressway to provide firewall route, B2B calls. Channel Express is an extension for CUCM controlled environment for Mobile and remote access. With Highway, external clients/video endpoints can register on the CUCM without using VPN. Expressway in this case do not support the records the of endpoints. Endpoints will locally save on CUCM using technology of firewall Expressway (Core + Edge) courses.

Expressway takes a HW (server), it is only allowed in CUCM I need to buy?

Highway needs a server and it can be deployed in a virtual environment.

You can take a look at offerings Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6K):

    http://www.Cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/Unified-Communications/Business-Edition-6000/data_sheet_c78-717454.html?CacheMode=refresh

as when can pre sales engineer, I choose VCS-E? and when can I take the freeway?

-I suggest to contact your Cisco representative helping you find the right solution for your customer.

  • Highway Testing certificate for ARM

    Hello

We are currently testing for Core Expressway and Edge certificates.

To give you an overview on the current configuration, the edge of the highway is deployed only DMZ (single NIC) and its IP address is coordinated to the public IP address. The core of the Express way communicates with highway with its internal IP 10.100.100.1 and not the IP NAT. Configuration area of track Express Core customer journey, the peer address configured is 10.100.100.1.

We have set up two zones traversal - ARM and B2B.

Traversal B2B area is active but MRA is inactive and TLS not created due to issues certificates.

We have generated CSR on highways and let what he signed by our internal CA for test only. But in the actual production, we will move CSR from the edge of the highway to the public CA for signing.

We have already downloaded the certificates signed by our internal CA for highways as well as the root certification authority.

But the test of course secure control, we had this problem:

We need to enter the FULL name of the edge of the highway and not its IP address when you test the secure course? Because when we're looking for the FULL (edge.external.com) domain name it is said to be inaccessible. Or because there is no communication between the base and edge on the FULL domain name? Should we allow core contact Expressway edge FQDN?

We already created Expressway on DNS FQDN outer edge and can be solved with his (public) IP NAT. SRV records have already been created on external DNS as well.

Please advice. Thank you in advance.

No probs, it's time to give back to the community, I started! :)

OK, with a single NIC, both your internal and external DNS for the edge of the freeway entries must resolve to your external IP address.

Your firewall must then perform the reflection of NAT when Expressway Core communicates with edge he does not go straight up to your ISP but rather internal rest.

If you had double NIC for Edge then internal DNS for Edge would point to internal private IP (inside the NETWORK card) so therefore avoiding complexity around NAT reflection. I much prefer this scenario and it is easier than what you see two deck troubleshooting network captures.

  • See Express Core cannot connect to the router UCM IM & P. XMPP: inactive

I'll put up a teleconference environment (10.5 CUCM/IMP) with a few G2 MX300, SX20 and many Jabber clients. The solution is the new Express Core/Edge.

It seems that I can't seem to make the core of the highway to connect to Unified Communications and more specifically with my presence and IM UCM environment. Everything is correctly configured in the Configuration > Unified Communications section. I see that the connection to the AAU itself is active but not at UCM MI of the P & I see the error "router XMPP: inactive.

Each server name can be resolved by DNS, so there is no problem with that. Channel Express is in the same subnet (switch) with the AAU and AAU IM & P. passwords are configured corretly. There is not enable encryption between UCM IM & P and the core of the highway.

Am I missing something? What I have to do additional configuration for the side IM & P? Can someone help me? I enclose some screenshots of my environment.

    Thank you, Stefanos

    Hi stavropouloss,

So that the service becomes active, you will need to have the area between Highway C & E active.

To have C & E traversal Expressway area active you should download on each server certificate signed by a trusted CA authority.

Documentation on how to generate can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/expressway/config...

    At soon buddy.

  • How to activate the two IPS on VCS starter pack express

I have the Starter of Cisco Express works with a single IP address using a NAT. This only works inside the LAN. To enable this machine on the internet, I bought the key option to double network interface. I enabled both interfaces, but I don't know how I should configure the two IPS by access from the internet. I tried to activate the static NAT, but it did not work.

There is only a single default gateway and this is where most of the traffic will be released and which should point to the internet router.

If you have addresses of internall more than 'LAN', you can simply add additional routes via the administration console.

As if LAN is connected to LAN2 192.168.150.0/24 and you 192.168.175.0/24 your home and where your laptops

router for tha is 192.168.150.1 you would add that, on the road to xcommand, add the command:

    xcommand RouteAdd

    *h 'xCommand RouteAdd'

"Adds and configures a new IP route (also known as a static route)."

Address(r): "Specifies an IP address used in conjunction with the prefix length to determine the network to which this route applies."

PrefixLength(r): <1..128> "Specifies the number of bits of the IP address which must match when determining the network to which this route applies. Default: 32"

Gateway(r): "Specifies the IP address of the gateway for this route."

Interface: "Specifies the LAN interface to use for this route. Auto: the VCS will select the most appropriate interface to use. Default: Auto"

for the example given, it would be (user admin via ssh):

xcommand road add an address: 192.168.175.0 LG: gateway interface 24 192.168.150.1: LAN2

But to be honest I'm not sure jabbervideo it works well with the highway espress in

    a lan environment double anyway.

As with a vcs - c / e deployment you have the model of the internal and external with vcs

different hosts where he tries to get funding and then depending on who gets the data

for the record. It may be that in any case only get you external IP of the vcs-e.

I would therefore simply deploy a DMZ where the outside and inside can reach the starterpack with

the same address or even external ip using a NAT that is hosted in LAN1 put directly on a public ip address in a dmz...

  • Highway-C & E MRA connection TLS certificates

Unable to get X8.2.1 Expressway-C & E to form a TLS connection to the course of ARM. We have generated an SSL certificate using a client certificate template and server on a Windows Server CA and downloaded this certificate to the highway-C and the chain of authority to the express-E track, but the TraversalClient area is unable to establish a TLS connection. The event log shows "unable to get local issuer certificate". Yet the certificate Client test tool shows the certificate is good when checked. Under SIP of certificate revocation checking is set to Off. Can anyone tell why the TLS connection form? Thank you.

I'm pretty sure that one of the deployment guides (perhaps with respect to the certificates, perhaps with regard to the deployment of VCS) said that wildcard certificates are NOT supported. This seems to be common on another type (e.g. Lync) UC platform

  • Highway X8.2.2, Changing default SIP Port for B2B calls is not possible

    Much of community support.

    I 10.5.1 (SU1) of CUCM and X8.2.2 Expressway.

I have configured without VPN Jabber and B2B based on the Document calls "CVD-CollabEdgeUsingBE6000 - Apr14.pdf.

everything worked fine for months, but after the upgrade of the X8.2.2 Express way B2B calls are no more work.

After troubleshooting, I found the following:

the DSF Guide tells me to change the default Port to 5061 to 5560 B2B calls because 5061 is also used for the integration of Jabber.

When I look at my record of wirekshark I see cucm tries to connect to the port 5560 expressway, but after sending a SYN packet, cucm receives a RST packet.

When I change back to the port of 5560 to 5061, everything works well again for B2B, but of course encrypted calls Jabber connection is not possible more.

for me, it looks like a bug, but I found nothing on the 'Bug search' tool.

I also tried to disable all Protection rules and I also have a firewall rule for Port 5560. I also tried to change the TCP Port to something different, 3999 for example. All this without success.

Just a little look in the guide.

Two caveats. First thing the guide explains unencrypted SIP - TCP connections, if you want to be aware that both sides use TCP or TLS. If you are using TLS certificates must be good as well.

5560 isn't a port on the highway, this is the port for the trunk on CUCM.

What do you see CUCM sending to Highway: 5560 Setup is not ok.

The port of the highway will not be changed.

If you look at page 30, he 5560 port is used for the "incoming Port *" and the bottom of page 31

You can see that it uses the Expressway IP with port 5060.

On the highway, you configure the area to port 5560 (page 34)

And of course the firewall should also be ok.

Please note messages posted under the stars below and set the thread if it's an answer!

  • VCS or highway: force not encrypted video sip call

    Hello community support.

Let's say I have a vcs cisco or cisco Expressway server and I want to make a call video sip.

to facilitate the resolution of problems, I want to have a sip call unencrypted, even if the other side external is capable of encryption (has a _sips SRV record).

is it possible to do on X8.6.1?

what I've tried so this withour success: (I tried in this order)

-> Expressway-Edge: defining the Protocol of emergency (B2B) DNS Zone to the mode of encryption TCP transport and the media to "force unencrypted.

-> the two highways: "TraversalClient (B2B) SIP" area setting transport encryption mode 'TCP' and the media to "force unencrypted.

-> CUCM isn't in mixed mode

->, but the call is always encrypted Highway to the external client.

-> When I put "Configuration-> protocols-> SIP-> TLS mode on off the call is aborted and no signal is sent to the other side."

    Based on your previous post:

"with the outgoing call I mean it's a B2B call of an endpoint is saved to CUCM and then uses the course the way Express series server firewall to connect to a SIP Client on the outside." (external domain) »

On my understanding, it is a vocation of B2B ARM deployment.

CUCM controlled environment with ARM in which any calls to or from the highway E, which uses the crossing area of CUCM-Expressway is always encrypted. CUCM (X8.6 Highway) crossing area is automatically configured with the proper settings and cannot be changed which have been set to SIP TLS with TLS check the mode of commissioning and mode of encryption Media Force encryptedvalue.

  • Highway-E and H.323

I have a monthly conference that occurs with a home organization. They essentially use a tin can and a string and somehow initiate a conference call to our Expressway-E using H.323 server which I then set it up to forward to a sx10. It is an audio and video call. The problem is that for some unknown reason, the teleconference ends every 30 minutes. I was looking at the properties of logging Expressway-E and I'm trying to understand what I have to configure from the Web page to capture the termination and to see which side (my side or their side) ends the conference call.

Can anyone recommend some configuration settings to capture the connection to the highway-E?

As far as I know, the way express-E will not be able to tell which device is causing the dismissal.

If you have a device configured with a maximum call - the other end, given that the SX10 does not support this call have and as far as I know - or, you have a device such as a firewall must be configured to longer wait times.
