His HT CT660 bar problem: rapid power of inhibition

I have a new bar of his HT CT660 who has developed a new problem after 2 weeks of use. When using the sound bar the mute on the sound bar will Flash and the resulting sound is wasted up pulses. If I disable the sound bar and turn back the problem resolves to another time when the system is activated again. What happened with the HDMI 1 (Panasonic plasma TV) and HDMI 3 (WiiU) connections. It seems to start the ignition only, not once it has been on and functional.

Automatic cut-off is a function of the BRAVIA® Theatre Sync/HDMI® feature control. The default setting for the control function for HDMI on the system HT is defined on IT. Pour resoudre solve the problem of INHIBITION, set HDMI control to OFF (page 28 of the Manual).

Given that the steps to disable this feature depending on your model, follow the steps in the manual labeled to set the [control for HDMI] system power switch manually.

NOTES:

  • The system HT retains the settings the next time the system is powered.
  • During the setting of the function control for HDMI, Audio Control system does not work. This is a normal operation.

Two side scroll bar problems occurred in the last two weeks:
    (1) on the internet, I can only scroll one click at a time.  To go faster, I have for the up & down arrows.
    (2) on the internet, I can scroll as fast as I want.  But when I try to scroll lists like the small images in my images or icons of programs in the programs "Ininstall", I can only scroll to the bottom of the screen shows.  If I try to scroll any further, the screen appears in the original screen.  The only way I can get points listed below, is to change them in a list.

    Hello

Seems that you have an add-on or something interfering with the scrolling feature.

  • My new S2440L face the problem of power outage

I have just purchase S2440L to replace my old S2340L. With S2340L, I have never have any problem of power outage but when I plug my new S2440L, it was goes black for a few seconds. The problem was random 10 minutes to 40 minutes. These two monitor was same HDMI cable (and work fine on my SmartTV too), PC same and even graphic card driver. I try to reinstall a fresh driver but still a problem. Is - it could be hardware related? Perhaps S2440L have a hardware problem or a S2440L need a more specific HDMI cable? Now I have any problem with my S2440L. the blackout has been occur when overheating circuit behind the monitor. I was watching about about on the HDMI port of overheating by googling and found that HDMI can fail if the (amplifier HDMI) circuit was overheated (I'm not have overheating issue on my old S2340L (rev.) A00). i sure as S2440L (mine is rev. A01) have material problem on HDMI and circuit surprise (lower part of the monitor) have very high temperatures. I hope you, Dell will be it is your responsibility that your monitor, S2440L have an overheating problem / high temperature and could be a HDMI port blackout curtains. It's bad for me avoid this problem by using the VGA port.

    Thank you, ChozeriZes.

    Christ

I just touch the border smaller surface compared to the top edge, it is very hot.

maybe only my S2440L have this problem...

Today, I remove my VGA card and the power cord, and reinstall the whole again, the problem in black often seem to not like it before summer. It's just a couple of times for that day.

Actually I feel fine with this monitor, both design and image, but still nervous about high temperature, it's may be the major problem in the long term.

Maybe I was too early to conclude everything... HDMI is a very sensitive matter, as I said in a previous comment, then I have some tests for my S2440L

-overclock grid power my VGA card around 2% and delete some fan of my system.

-find the new place for the power adapter avoid the heat. (I found this use of monitor LG IPS 1. 3a adapter 19V is perhaps)

Note: I use 750W Seasonic and power supply of 5V and 12V is pretty good (5.1V and 12.05V).

OK, now I need to close this thread as solved and and report this problem like power supply problem; in major relate.

"on monitor blackout curtains when use the HDMI port occurs when power on unstable system will also be able to rack in the House, heat and cable must use HDMI1.4 full spec for sure (if HDMI cable does not include with the package).

  • I bought my palm tx 3 years ago... problem: the power button work anymore; appear it only in a white light scanning when I press on the back 'home '.

I've had my palm tx for 3 years now and I have had some problems with it. (because I bought it on the web, there was the guarantee) the first problem is the "power" does not work anymore? and the second, the scan goes blank (white) when I press one funds 4 (calendar or at home...). What could be the case of this defect?

I bought my palm tx 3 years ago... problem: the power button work anymore; appear it only in a white light scanning when I press on the back 'home '.

The warranty on a TX is only 1 year from the date of purchase.  Yours is way past the period covered.

The switch was a small part of the TX.  Pressing any other button will turn on the unit, and it will turn off let it expire.

There is a wire on the switch repair yourself, if you're a DO-IT-YOURSELF person here type:

  • Unusually slow MacBook pro, as well as problems with power.

I'm looking for help on setting my Mac, any help from anyone would be great!

Recently, my MacBook Pro (running El Capitan) at the end of 2013 model started running really slow unawares (before that it was perfect). No hardware or software, changes began to really randomly goes slowly. My mac has always very well maintained, regular clean ups of junk, utility to check disk done often, no useless apps or data.

Other questions, I'll have with power up the mac off is when I press the power button to turn off it starts then a few turns (don't not even to Apple to loading off-screen, shines the screen but then powers), I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds approximately to get power properly, when I close the lid without turning off then open it I went to the login screen instantly but then close the book Mac downs completely.

I ran the Apple Diagnostics, no problem. I also ran repair disk utility, no change. I even did a clean install of the operating system and there was a very minor change, but always far make the level it's at.

    Thank you

A slow Mac may be due to not enough available storage space.

Click on your Apple  menu at the top left of your screen.

In the menu drop down click on about this Mac , and then select the storage tab.

Your Mac is the bare minimum needs 8 GB of storage available just for the operating system not to mention all your personal data.

  • Bug Safari: could not establish a secure connection & search bar problem

I'm hosting a server wiki on one of my macs and he got a self-signed certificate (the one generated by the server application). Since a few days ago (10.11.3 upgrade could be the culprit), Safari cannot establish a secure connection, no more. Oddly enough, this kind of coincide with the search box issue as well, which has been documented elsewhere.

I checked, the certificate is marked as "always trust" in my keychain. I can access the wiki perfectly in Firefox for example.

What a paradox, that I have to use third party software to access a software solution Apple...?

Please let me know if you have had the same problems and if you managed to solve it.

    Thank you

Hey! Take a look at this. This temporary has helped a number of users here. Over time, everything should be resolved then wait for a while.

A possible solution to the problem of address bar: disable the Safari Suggestions

If you have problems to open Web pages, take a look at these techniques proposed by Apple of troubleshooting.

    https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT204098

Go to the Safari menu (at the top right of your screen next to the Apple icon), choose 'Quit Safari'

Press the "Shift" key and while holding this button on your unique keyboard, click the icon of Safari on your Dock.

Open Safari - Preferences - Privacy - data to remove any Web site.

Open the menu to go with the Option (Alt) key - library - key locate Safari folder and place it on your desktop. Restart your Mac, open Safari and delete the file from your desktop.

    Also, try the following steps:

    Try to start:

    -Stop your Mac

-Wait until your computer turns off and after that press the power button

-Just after you hear the startup tone, press in and hold the SHIFT key

-Release the SHIFT key when you see a gray Apple sign and the progress under this sign bar

  • Problem of Power-Up/Power-Down Photosmart C5180 - loops on/stop/start/stop

After connecting the printer, it starts booting, and then will not end.  He cut a second and then starts again.  This will last as long as I left it.  I tried unplug, disconnect USB, pulling cartridges ink and replacement, but to no avail.

Another thread has discussed this problem with the C6180 and a solution has been to press the (#) and (6) buttons when applying power.  Unfortunately, the C5180 has no keypad.  Is there another set of buttons I can push to reset this thing?  Is it possible to reset and get the machine back to normal?  Thank you.

Quote from the other thread below that EXACTLY describes my problem:

"It lights up and shows the HP logo and process bar animation for one minute, followed by the message:"abnormal termination. "  To avoid damage use on the button to turn off the printer.  Do not use a wall or the band switch to close.  Press OK.  Then he stops and leaves upward. »

To solve the problem of loop on the c5180, I replaced a cap of 10v 330uf on narcotics control and he brought back to life.  Good luck with yours.

  • Photosmart C6180 problem of Power-Up/Power-Down - loops on/stop/start/stop etc.

I had the C6180 Photosmart wireless connected to a Mac OS X 10.5.6 laptop Macbook Intel and IBM PC XP SP 2 for more than 2 years.  I did have major problems with the printer.

Recently, I have known a couple of electric in my house.  Since then the printer has turned off randomly once or twice.  Today the printer began to turn off/on/off/on/turned off/turned on etc.

It lights up and shows the HP logo and process bar animation for one minute, followed by the message: "abnormal termination.  To avoid damage on the button to turn off the printer.  Do not use a wall or the band switch to close.  Press OK.  Then he stops and leaves upward.

I tried to enter batch Mfg mode by organizing the * and # keys.  It flashes "Mfg commands - enter special Key Combo" for the second of two, then stops and makes a loop on/stop/start/stop again and again.

I have disconnected all data cables, installs the printer in another room, closes the wifi on both computers and connected directly to the wall on a different circuit to eliminate problems of low power as the culprit.  I swapped the power cable between the wall and the block of the AC adapter with the same exact type of cord of another piece of equipment with the same results.

I wonder if it is a symptom of a surfboard logic damaged in the printer, or a problem with the AC adapter?

If it is the logic board, does pay to get it fixed?  An equivalent printer for Mac would cost about $200.  Not to mention that I came just to have stored on cartridges.

What is a likely indication of a problem of brick AC adapter?  If so, should I spring for a replacement block AC adapter for $30?

I was not able to find this question in a post on the forum and I was wondering if it's 'Au revoir' to the C6180?

Thank you for your contribution to this number

    Try this:

    1. If the printer is still on, unplug all rigid and flexible cables at the back of the printer.

2 unplug the power cord also from the wall...

    3. wait for two minutes.

4 reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet first.

    5. hold the pound (#) and six 6 buttons.

    6. all by pressing the two buttons, reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer and at the end of two seconds, exit book and six buttons.

    7. turn on the printer if it goes out...

    Let me know the results.

  • TV LCD W2607C with the same problem of power W2600

My Dell W2607C LCD TV has even no power problem. I had less than 3 years and have had very good care of it. I stop it after watching some tv to go with dinner. Two hours later I tried to turn it on and I have nothing. Not even a blink on the LCD. Power LED turned blue, then blinked orange.

A week ago, I finally called Dell customer service. Of course, I've been waiting for about 20 minutes. After giving all pertinent information about my Dell 26 '' LCD/TV, the operator (in English very hilly, I might add) guided me through all the troubleshooting steps I had done. None worked troubleshooting.

She tried pulling the line 'contact your cable operator' old, but I told her that the cable is fine cause it is also plugged into a second TV. She then tried to explain since it was out of warranty he could not replace. I did not stay in there and started to explain how Dell sold me a defective product and that I have LCD screens and televisions last more than 2 years and how it was unfair for a loyal customer to treat them that way. She then tried to send me to another service of technical support, but the only difference is they were going to charge me. I said 'No' and then asked his supervisor.

He tried to give the same line on 'out of warranty' and I told him that this is not an uncommon problem and if you google "Dell 26 '' TV does not turn on", he would see that there are a large number of consumers out there with the same problem as me.

He then said, "Oh but the problem you have raised is the 2600 series model not yours, yours is the 2607C.» I answered, without hesitation, "but it is still part of the same series, is - not? And it seems that the same problem was overlooked when they made the one I bought. »

I was told someone to a "higher authority" would contact me, but their calls have been rather erratic and I can't return their calls only leave voicemails. I get emails telling me how they just tried to call and when they say they would call between some time next, I end up wasting time to wait for a call that never comes.

As a last resort, I post here in the hope that I get response and are not facing customers by service script.

I ordered from Dell recently, his good faith. If I'm stuck with a very expensive paperweight, I might as well made my recent purchases and cut all ties with Dell completely.

  • His BOP-S590 optical problem

    Here's my setup.

    SHARP Aquos

    Sony Blu - ray BDP-S590

    LG Sound bar NB3520A.

HDMI from Blu - ray to the TV and Blu - ray optics to the Soundbar.

I have also a harmony logitech touch control all devices.

    Here's the problem:

Never 25 minutes the sound bar power auto turned off because he thinks not, it receives a signal. The sound will be played through the sound bar very well (it today with different optical testing in ports on the sound bar has not solved the problem).

I think it's a matter of Sony and not a sound bar delivers because

My Xbox is also implemented in the same configuration (just replae it by appointing any blu - ray) and it works very well and can keep the Soundbar on etc.

I read about the manual of Sony and the LG many times and I think it might be a configuration problem on my end. But I'm lost. I can't find in the menu blu - ray how to say blu - ray do not send sound via HDMI and just use the perspective check.

It is a problem of double trouble because if I don't turn the volume down on the TV I have two sound sources (TV and soundbar) who are not Sync, so it sounds like an echo.

Is it possible to configure the reader sends no audio on the HDMI, or tell the player to use the optical output as the audio source by default?

I solved the problem, I have the audio setting HDMI as Auto
    2 settings are disabled
and the other setting that to run, I changed bitdownstream to the PCM

  • HP Pavilion dv7-4180us problem - no power, no power battery power

I bought my laptop, I believe, end of 2010. There is a small possibility that it was late 2009, but I tend to think it was 2010. In any case, my laptop recently went on the fritz.

Two days ago I left it on so that I was on errands. He trotted much, much warmer and stronger than usual, but I thought nothing of him. Hours later, I discovered that it had extinguished, which is unusual because I had left some open applications that he would keep on. I tried to turn it on, nothing. I noticed that the ac power light (near the plug of ca) was red; It should be white to demonstrate that the power cord is plugged and recharge the battery. I tried an online solution: shut down the computer (check) unplug ac, take out the battery, press and hold the power button / stop for 30 seconds, reconnect battery and ac, turning on computer. He failed the first time, but I did it for 60 seconds, and then it worked. Everything was going well and he was supported correctly and the battery was still functioning. I thought it was just one of those things that happens on occasion, not much.

Last night, he came out again. Ran empty, stop, seeing power ac is red, sometimes flashes white when he "recognizes that he is in charge" again or whatever. Tried the procedure described above, once again, more than once, but no dice. I tried several online solutions. All the solutions I found involved the computer, as for example to do a check of the battery. My computer WON'T turn on. I can't do all the solutions who need to be on.

In my judgment, it has come down to two problems. The battery is bad, or the ca dock thing (I don't know what to call it, the thing inside the computer on which you plug the power supply cord, perhaps the "input"?) does not work. I'm pretty sure that's not the charger. At this point, I'm inclined to believe it's the ac inside the laptop thing, I took the battery and am just common alternative now, but the laptop still will not turn on. The ac power led is regularly white, without blinking, but it won't always turn. When I press the power button, it turns on for a second then turns off, and regular white from the light of the ac goes off for a few seconds. Then the ca light comes back on to regular white. Still no power.

I don't know for sure what the problem is. The charger, battery, the ac input thing. I do not know. I will visit my computer fixit man in a few hours, but I would like to know what is the problem before that date, if possible. I really appreciate any help.

PS This is the battery that comes with the laptop, so I wonder if it's not the end of his life. In addition, it has been very hot where I live lately, and sometimes more to my computer turns off due to the heat. I know that this can really interfere with a battery, but I don't know if it would kill effectively, if the battery is still the problem.

My computer guy tells me that there is a short circuit caused by the motherboard. I don't know why. He said that the motherboard will need to be replaced.

My computer is nearly three years old. It cost about $800 new. The motherboard will be approximately $150, 'labor costs' almost another $100. So, altogether, the fix would be 1/4 of the cost of the phone three years ago.

The new question is whether it is worth, and it's not even all that is false. The hinge is also moved, a problem that apparently cannot be resolved. And I had to replace my hard drive about a year, because apparently it was 'no.' In a cell two year old.

I thank you so much, used HP, to help me with my problem. I hope my sarcasm is said clearly enough. When I buy a new laptop, you can be sure that it will not be a hp. I had nothing else problems with all hp computers I've ever bought. I hate hp, and I say this with all the power of my hatred, "Screw you."

  • I have a laptop Compaq CQ62 visitors who present a problem of power...

I bought two taken DC-in harness and tried both. No of them light up (the plug with the led on this issue), or make one of them turn on the laptop the battery. I also tried another adapter HP power as a generic, nor of what works with any of the 3 DC-in Sockets I have identical.

Is the light on the Jack supposed to light up under same voltage if not dragged into the motherboard? (still, I looked for when both connected and disconnected). Is there another type of problem that caused the same issue?

My client is the chomping little to have his machine backwards. Unfortunately, he discovered this problem just three days after the expiration of the warranty.

Well, no one ever gives the congratulations for the bad news, but obviously you have a very bad motherboard here. You've done everything you can with replacement power. Yes, if the motherboard is good, you should get the blue light when you plug the adapter into an outlet that is correctly connected to the card. If you do not, there is a power outage on the set.  I'm sorry.

Hello! This is my first time writing the forum. I tried to fix this site and I'm about to break! I found a lot of help just brwosing here in the past and I hope that somone can point me in the right direction.

I have validated successfully the site using the W3C CSS Validator thinking which might help, but no go. Thank you very much!

GRAMPS! Thank you very much. I really, really appreciate your help. In addition to your suggestion I changed all other instances of z-index that relate to the menu bar. I put them all to 10000 (more than the z-index of 1002 on the fadeslideshow.js). Now it works like a charm and is no longer hides behind the fadeslideshow. Yay!

Thanks to Nancy O. for his suggestion as well. For anyone having problems woth Spry Menu bar in IE and Firefox especialy: The Spry Menu Bar 2.0 version works much better than the previous version.

  • address bar problem

When I type a web address or search in the address/search bar it is glitchy. Hard to explain, but you can see that pieces of the letters you type. I have attached a screenshot to show what I'm talking about, I typed in www.skysports.com and you can see the bottom of the letters 'y' and 'p '. I tried to reset Firefox and also removed all Add - ons and it has not yet solved the problem.

    And help would be appreciated.

Hi, please try the following: enter about: config in the address bar of firefox (confirmed the message information where it appears) and search for the preference named gfx.direct2d.use1_1. Double-click it and change its value to false.
