  Please continue with the following support steps listed below...

  -Clean Windows Boot to isolate 3rd party interference

  -Create an another user account and verify if you experience this problem.

  SFC/scannow

  -Disk Cleanup

  -System Restore to a date and time when your computer was functioning normally

  -Fix the Windows Setup (steps are listed below)

  Please proceed to a repair of the OS installation.  In case of failure, please make sure that you back up your data to an external location before performing the repair.  Here are the steps to proceed with the repair.

  To start the repair facility, load Windows 7 and make sure that you are connected to an administrator account. Then, insert the Windows 7 DVD and run the file setup.exe from the menu autoplay:

  Now, uncheck the box "I want to help improve Windows ' and select the optionto go online to get the latest updates for installation :

  The installation process will then search online for available updates, which may take a few moments. Once complete, read the license agreement, then checkthe box I accept and click Next:

  In most cases, the incorrect audio settings causes this problem. To make sure that the audio settings are correct, you can refer to the following steps:

  1. make sure you have the correct sound devices selected in Skype > Preferences > Audio. Check that they are not muted.

  2. Select System Preferences > Sound and make sure that the correct devices are selected here too, and for the tabs of the input and the output volume is not set too low.

  3. ensure that the balance in the Output tab slider is moved to the Middle

  4. you can test your audio settings by calling thecho/Sound test serviceE. It comes to our service of automated test. To do:
  a. click on phone calls or Send SMS messages at the bottom of the Skype window.

  b. type echo123 in the number field.

  c. you will listen to a short message and guest to leave a spoken message. This will be read to you. If you can hear the message, your settings are correct.

  Standard headset requires an entry ("taken from microphone') amplified sound on your computer. Apple computers have a non-amplified Line-In connection, but offer no connection for the microphone. Unfortunately, this means that if your helmet is equipped with a normal microphone plug, it will not work unless you use an USB external sound card that connects audio records of the headphones with your Mac. However, you should be able to use a newer unibody MacBook or MacBook Pro with a headphone jack iPhone compatible.

  Please provide more details - such as what exactly is the problem with Windows Update?  Work any or you have problems with only a few updates (and if so, what are the numbers KB)?  Can update you manually from the Microsoft Download issue KB site (assuming that you can get to the point where you can even see that)?  Is the problem with all forms of update or automatic updates?  When did start?  Is the only problem that you encounter using the Panel of configuration-Windows Update?

  Laptops usually have a built-in microphone. It can be disabled

  Make sure that you have not activated your antivirus software analysis of electronic mail.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 which is often a problem with receiving and sending a message.

  Then, try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  This will give you a new message store and a new registry hive (where all the settings and account info is).  Add your email account and see if it works very well.  If it sticks sometimes, make sure that you are not setting to check messages too often (like every 3 minutes or somesuch).  You can also try to increase the timeout for the server where this is a problem (Tools |) Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced).  See if who deals with issues "" OE gel.  If Yes, then you can use the file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

  I do not know that moving to Outlook might solve the problem, because they both use the same mechanism to retrieve messages.  If you still have problems, come on and generate a log file and when OE freezes, which could give some indication of what is the underlying problem.  Make sure that you disable the log file later, because this file grows enormously and can cause problems if it becomes too large.

  The downloaded audio driver is compressed and before you start to install this driver you need to unzip it.
  You can use a free software, such as WinZip or WinRAR. You can download it from anywhere.

  I recommend that you first remove the sound card driver and Device Manager, and then install the new version downloaded from the page of Tosh.

  Please log out of Muse and connect again. This should fix the problem.

  You can disconnect from help > Sign Out

  If this doesn't fix the problem, please do creative cloud application of course is up-to-date.

  To check if creative cloud application's date or not, sign please creative cloud (icon of the gear in the top right > preferences > accounts > disconnect from creative cloud) and sign in again. If its not up to date, you will be asked to update.
