  I just installed the latest version of Mozilla Thunderbird (24.4.0) and I am trying to create a "vacation response." I read on Mozilla's Support site:

  I created a template and saved, and then I tried to create a message filter. However, there is no option for "Reply with template" in the list of choices for the action to perform. I see choices of action, for "Copy Message To", "move the Message to ' and"Forward Message To", but not"answer with model.

  Why is it missing and how to get what it appears?

  I think I knew what is happening.

  First of all, I am a new user of Thunderbird. I have been using e-mail program from Apple on my Mac for many years. Since the upgrade to Maverick, his remark that the Mac mail program is unstable sometimes causing my Mac to freeze, sometimes lose my ability to change windows desktop, and slow clumsy scrolling problems in the e-mail program, but also the temporary e-mail program freeze.

Then I added the Conversations module and I wanted to be able to rearrange the order of my eight accounts and found that Folderpane Tools was the ticket and it worked... had not noticed it was only up to 23... but it worked on 24.

  I said incorrectly that the Folderpanes changed the way that my folder pane displays things. It's the Conversation that made... FolderPane Tools let me reorganize and that's all. But information changed the way the things that have been presented in that in records added to organize by inboxes, sent, trash, etc. And models was one of these records, he added.

  Being unfamiliar with the models as I'm new to Thunderbird. Here is what happened. I created a message and saved as a template. I didn't realize that it was married to a particular account. And when I looked at the file of models I do not remember to see a subfolder for the specific account, for which the model was.

  After reading your last email that I removed the two add and my accounts appears in the folders pane as they did originally, most notable was the Inbox and folders of model disappeared.

  I tried to create a filter for a specific account and the problem remains, but I was wondering where my registered design went because I couldn't find it. So I created another and discovered that has created a new folder called Templates for the account that I was trying to make the filter "reply with template". And then I could see the "reply with template" option when creating a filter.

  To understand what was wrong in the first place, I reinstalled the Conversations, and all folders (Inbox, sent, trash, models) have been reinstated. I looked in the template folder and saw two subfolders, one for the account that I just created the new model and one for my default account. In my default account was the original model I've saved. And now when I try to create a filter by using the original template, I see the answer with the template option.

  I can no longer reproduce the problem since the Conversations, creating a second template and then uninstalling reinstalling Conversations.

  So, the problem is solved, but something is not quite write when the first model created during the installation of the add-on of Conversations. I don't remember see a subfolder in the Templates folder when I created the first model... I could be wrong, but all I remember is the model itself in the Template folder, and not in a subfolder. So I guess that the answer with the Template option did not appear because the model I made did not seem to be assigned to an account.

• Laptop battery not charging?

  I use a HP b4p41pa with Microsoft windows 7 home 64-bit

  The problem I have is that I noticed that I had not used the charge for a while cable so I checked my percentage of left to find I got 86% with computer reporting I got 116 hours and left 32mins. Of course, that couldn't be good if I put the charger and after 10 minutes, and then verified the number once again, still 86%.

  I took out the charger and it still says 86%. All the way up to what it off no charge at all. I put the left rear feeder lunch and in. Since then, charger in for 30 minutes or outside for 4-5 minutes, it says I have 5% left and until his remarks goes.

  In all honesty I don't know if it's the battery, charger, or if the computer falsely reports the amount of fees because I used it for these 4-5 minutes without it cutting.

  I ridiculed my wife to purchase a Toshiba who gave his problems after 2 months, but I got this HP for the grand total of 4 days. He can't have these problems already surely?

  Go to Device Manager. (type device in the search of all manager programs and files box and press enter)

  Click the triangle next to the battery unit to decompress.

  Right-click on the devices that are revealed. One at a time, select uninstall for each of the following devices.  (Microsoft and compatible ACPI Microsoft control method battery AC adapter)

  Once you have uninstalled them, then do a right-click any device and select check for material changes.

  The Windows 7 operating system will reinstall fresh devices copies that you just uninstall.

  Restart your laptop and check to see how the loading goes.

  Now open HP Support Assistant --> Troubleshooting --> electrical, thermal and mechanical. In the power tab click on check the battery...  If you don't get a pass or OK on the battery check, then contact HP Total Care warranty service

  Post here your results positive or negative.

• Sansa video quality?

  Weeeee I just bought a new fuse sansa yesterday with a pair of V-moda Vibes and I am in love! 2nd product of sandisk sansa . in any case, I'm new to these forums and I got a question about the video on the "rocket"... I know there are a lot of other topics on this... so committed a mistake sorry for buggin if I'm, soz:-[. in any case my question are]
  1. are you able to do withouth full screen from the video the black bars upstairs and downstairs :-[?( Like the e200 v1 where you change the widget folder in the folder of the sansa media converter to make the different video size?)
  2 anyway to work around the small video shift have? (I can live with that if you can't I guess: X)

  OK, so your question is about the black bars to start and there is no way that I found to set the output of the CMS (SAnsa Media Converter).    If you watch starts with the mode full screen, you can watch not just he said full screen on the "rocket".

  The problem of lag, I assume you mean how the sound falls out of sync with the video you're watching over time, I have seen a lot of discussions in the governing body on this matter and everyone assumes that it is a bug in the firmware.  I'm not convinced that it is, and I say that I don't see it happening with any rhyme or reason.

  I watch the episodes of "Family Guy", they are an average of 21 minutes long.    Today about half will be out of sync a bit at the place where his remark remarks min 7 or 8, but the other half game very well.  I watch an episode of "Scrubs", also 21 minutes long and I thought I was watching poorly dubbed Asian television early in the show, it was horribly out of whack.

  I saw "The Dark Knight" on the "rocket", all the 2 1/2 hours and he never acted during all of this, it was Letterbox and very very small but played very well.   And this movie is very good, I was almost halfway through it, totally absorbed in it, when a passer-by pointed out the black bands, I had not yet noticed.  But he played beautifully back.

  So on the basis, I don't think it's the "rocket" itself the cause of the problem, I think that it MSC causing all the headaches, it is totally unstable and unreliable.   Half of the videos it converts don't work yet. Its actually do something, modify x settings settings xyz and he can surely do.

• Its chime of window every few minutes without reason

  HI - my computer is driving me crazy - it's that windows his remarks chime and ten minutes and sometimes more often.  I have no idea why, as sometimes its meeting slowed down when it does and other times Im to do ordinary things - it does not have to break all just should an hourglass or indicate his thinking or updaing no matter what - it just keeps ringing and it makes me to DRINK!  hahaha joke only about that last part.  Help!

• Elements 9 organizing imports only one folder at a time

  Well, I bought Elements 9 after is is not happy with the products included with my camera.

  The system is a processor i950, Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, 12 GB of RAM, 120 GB SSD and a 1 TB hard drive.  Basically a system that gives me no problem with any other software, most of the time, free crash.

  I have a server that is running on a gigabit network.

  Pictures folder has about 25000 photos.

  My biggest problem from the beginning has been importing my photos.

  I would like to do an import on the drive mapped to the Photos, and not all would be imported when I checked again later.

  Then the questions increased when I actually try to import several files at a time.  All that would happen would be that the first content of files would be imported, but the second folder might get ignored.

  If I pointed out 10 files, only the first would incorporate.

  Great great pain in the behind when you have things organized properly.

  Also, I must say that the part of the Organizer is bug.  Plant a lot and on a system like mine should not be slow to react to what is.

  Don't have not even gotten to the part of the editor yet.  Hope it's not worse.

  First of all, I would like to thank RDNelson for his remarks very insightful on the importance of the parameters when working with networks. More than just the physical capabilities of the material must be taken into account. I'm not trying to say that you cannot use a network with PSE, just that it is not recommended. When you start having problems, it is best to return to the essential to know where the question arises. Taking a network out of the equation will help tremendously. As a grown up Greg14, KISS.

  Second, sometimes it is a good idea to turn off features such as the autoanalyzer. This does not mean that everyone should do, but for some people, it would be preferable. Libraries of images and videos is going to be unique. I will admit that a few images and video have a hard time being ranked by the algorithms and it can become stuck in a loop of reanalyzing the same assets over and over again, or just don't get past certain elements. Again, I thank RDNelson for his excellent suggestion. If you find that you are having problems with the autoanalyzer, try his workaround to manually analyse in groups (new import batches, by album, by keyword, file, etc.). Then, if a particular batch cannot be parsed, these assets can be considered below to determine if there is a problem on their part. These questions may arise from invisible sources, such as metadata in the file that has been added by the device that created the file (like the camera Exif data or a scanner).

  A note on the question of the selection of several files but only one file is imported. This seems to be a problem with the Windows Explorer on Vista/7 computers. This problem will not occur on the Mac version of the Organizer. Or it comes up with the same exact version of the software on Windows XP.

  In order to get to the bottom of one of the issues raised on this forum, we need to get more explicit information on when and how the problem occurs. If a network is the source of the problem, we need to know everything about this network for a solution of the engineer. All software has problems, but some problems occur only in very special circumstances that are not so happened that in the "lab". To find a solution, we must be able to reproduce the environment to find the cause and deal. All the information you can provide, so that anyone who reads this forum could reproduce the same behavior, would be of the greatest help.

• The wife and I have 2 iphones on the same backup mac computer / same itunes account and we have both got new iphone 7, her photos pop up fine for the restoration, my phone got all his own

  So under my account itunes on our desktop mac, my wife saved his phone as well.

• iPhone 7 lighter after his cracking noise stops

  My iPhone more 7 makes some noises cracks once I stop music, games with sounds or podcasts. I did a hardreboot and normal it recharges. Is a person with the same noises coming out of his iPhone 7 or is it just me?

  The sound is out of the speakers of the iPhone. I use headphones for this.

  Former owner is not the time to remove the device from his account. I have his name, number, address, serial number and imei of iphone.  I always had of BONE cell phones, but my daughter IOS. I made sure that the IMEI was clean and it was not on the black list before adding it to my Verizon account. Now, I learned about icloud.  Verizon has brought his number to the iphone and now she has no phone to use. I called apple, but I was told that they could not help me, but they might help the original owner.  They original owner is older and perhaps confused after I tried to explain what I've learned.  What can I do when the original owner is/was/still confused about how the system works?  I'm always lost in this world of apple.
