  With ePrint it uses their own driver, not the one installed on the computer.

  You can try to install the driver Windows classic to see if you have the same results.

  In devices and printers, run the Add Printer Wizard and select the classic HP driver from the list.

  vExamen still in this, it seems to be a problem in how the computer manages the image. When you import the image into a visualization software altering the image or photo turns a little natural color (CYMK) that your monitor use (RGB) prior to sending information to the printer. What you can do is to follow the instructions of Shane (see below) here to use another driver (I recommend the Deskjet 9800) who, in the printer preferences, in the paper/quality tab, that you should have the option to change the default preferences for photo printing. This will take some trial and error, because what you see on your monitor is not going to be what is printed.

  What happens when you try to print? What version of Windows do you have? Make sure you have the latest printer driver installed for the version of Windows you are using. Click here for options.

• DeskJet F2430: Printing from the Internet has stopped working

  My printer worked for several years until now.  I have a Deskjet F2430 all-in-one. When I search for updates, it says that the driver, etc are up to date.  I still can not print a document on the computer, but cannot print anything on the web. A block appears generally who says that the error is unknown, but the script on the page has stopped working (not sure of the wording).

  Solutions come in different flavors.

  While Firefox is my own browser of choice for several reasons, I understand that everyone wants change browsers just to print a document.  The smile.  On the other hand, I find myself using Internet Explorer on occasion when Firefox is stubborn on a particular issue - sometimes just adapt to the situation.

  There should be a permanent solution for IE - can - be another Expert or someone else will chime.

• Word 2007/XP Pro. Cannot print on HP2100. Can print from other Office 2007.

  The printer is on a network. Problem is only with Word 2007. Excel, notepad, and wordpad print OK. I've changed the only version of the normal.dot file, I was able to find in normal.old, but that's not to cure the problem.

• DeskJet 2542: Printing a model at the appropriate scale

  I'm trying to print a pattern that has a scale on the page to make sure it's the right size. How to print the right size? It prints a version of the template which is disabled by a 1/2 "on average.

  'Fit to page button' was on, turned it off and the model printed on the 1/16th of real size. Could not use the paint due to the format of the image uploaded with PDF and it is a older notebook didn't want to download new software to convert.

Print a page of alignment and scanned. Successfully. I went to print my paper for school. Only the hyperlink color was printed. Everything was empty. I printed another document that was all black. It printed 2 blank pages... I'm very disappointed because I just bought this printer less than 3 hours ago! I printed the test pages and everywhere where it is supposed to be black it is a light blue light. The gray dark fate well however. Alignment is fine, it's just a matter with black ink of he. And it came to pass also supplied with the printer that I bought. I don't want to spend more money on the new cartridges that it is supposed to be new! Help, please?

  Thank you @Fujoti. I had originally tried that before posting here and there do not seem to work for me another that tell me that I had to get it repaired for my new printer. To remedy this, I called HP Customer Service help line and I was able to get my printer to print pages in black ink.

  SOLUTION: I cleaned well the bottom of the cartridge with absorbent paper. Then re-installed in my printer. The first pages may be a bit scratched. If this continues to learn more then just a couple of pages I have to go out and clean the contact a little better then you should be all good!

• Vista / Office 2007 cannot print documents. Can print from WordPad. All drivers up to date

  Environment: HP HDX X18T - 1200 CTO running Vista Premium 64, Office 2007, brother HT1440 and MG6100 of Canon printers.  Manager device poster printers and ports work.  All the drivers are up to date and I can print the Test Pages. I can stick a WordPad document and print it.  However, when I try to print from Outlook, Office 2007, or a PDF document, the message "No printer installed" or the pop up says "add a printer".  I uninstalled the printer off, unplugged the machine, power and installed printers on the internet without success.   Any suggestions you could offer would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for your time.

  2. What happens when you make a copy? Copy the text or mixed Documents

  Yes it of true - cut for at least a minute, then turn it back on. I get a very similar problem with mine, and reboot the router always does the trick, hope if it works for you.
