Horizontal lines white L7680 black only

HP OfficeJet Pro L7680, Windows 7
White horizontal lines alert the graphics and text black or gray.
The print quality Diagnostics Page results:
Target 1 seems
Focus 2 has white horizontal lines on the black and gray blocks. Blocks of color look good.
The test pattern 3 has white horizontal lines spaced of 0.87 inches apart. They do not align with the arrows.
I ran the printer align, head of own impression (three times) and functions to calibrate the line break and the problem remains the same.
This particular case does not appear in the page of 'Problems of print quality of fixation for the HP Officejet Pro L7500 and L7600 L7700 all-in - One Printer Series' to

Cleaning the contacts has not solved the problem. The links provided by Gemini02 did not have instructions to manually clean the print head. Found cleaning tips at http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/forums/inkjet/66927. Removed print head and whistled down head in a shallow bowl of nearly boiling water for 20 seconds. Ink out of head when you do. Buvardages print head dry lint (if the ink drops on electrical contacts, clean it with damp cloth before you put the head in printer). Replaced the head on the print page print quality and printer. Problem solved!

    I know that I can see what works best for an image, etc.. Ask yourself what is the recommended procedure.

    I could write reams about it. Have already done.

    I will however keep this short (for me) and let someone else take a better stab.

    It is wrong to think of controls PV2012 as being something like those of other publishers.

    The bottom line: give the picture adaptations she needs, whatever you start with.

    So perhaps a better question is: How do we know what adjustments needs a photo in PV2012?

    (I warned people against trying to arrive at a single procedure that will work for all photos)

    That's all for now.

    OK, maybe a quicky:

    No matter what start you with, try to keep clear 0 or negative, shadows 0 or positive and shadows value exactly equal to the value of highlights. Once you have the photo in the ballpark in this way, no matter how you juggled exhibition & white..., then and only then, consider asymmetric values of lights and shadows.

    WARNING: this "formula" works on 90% of the photos, not 100 percent. Or it could be 0% (or 100%) depending on what you're shooting...

    Okay, I can't resist:

    Most of the pictures can be edited in this way:

    * Most critical exposure setting

    * Use - highlights for container of the upper extremity

    * Use + shadows to normalize the lower end

    * The difference in taste.

    * - black & + white to make full use of the available tonal range.

    But at the other extreme, there are these:

    * Exhibition but still critical,

    * puts in light and shadows of the sliders do not hit the sweet spots: leave at zero.

    * Use - white & + blacks for recovery & fill, respectively.

    * You may very well push contrast, although it is an image too contrasted initially. Or not...

    And then there's a whole series of photos which sit somewhere between the two...

    Confusing? Yes. PV2012 is great, but delicate and requires a completely different way of thinking and a flexible 'procedure'...

    Note: Highlights slider going positive, and cursor shadows going negative also, independently of the highlights slider for a reason. But their use in this way should be reserved for unusual cases of raw or refine already cooked jpegs, or you really know what you are doing and why you...

    One last point is critical: exhibition in PV2012 sets mainly mid-level tones, that is why it is the most critical: highlights, contrast, shadows, all hinges on a suitable exposure setting.

    Black & White adjustment are probably the biggest keys for optimal fit in PV2012, but they are more difficult to nail down, because their adaptation depends strongly on the photo, but maybe a golden rule to be broken:

    * - black & white if possible, for punchy complete histogram photos +...

    * + Black & - White tones tend to gang to the extreme endpoints of the gases, such as highlights & shadows adjustment do not understand... (or you prefer the softer look that can come, or else...).

    WARNING: This is a personal thing, and probably different people different things that work best for them...

    PS - Don't forget the curve of tone & inhabitants after basic setting (can be done over too, but it is not recommended until you have acquired sufficient experience).

    Rob

    Hey osviman

    your problem may be to do with a graphics card driver

    try to get your site in manufacturere graphics or computer cards and find the driver download section

  • HP EliteBook 8440p: white horizontal lines on the screen who retreat down in the minute

    Hi again. I've already posted about this so there are pictures and a full description of my post a few days ago. In short, when the laptop was arrested or sleep for more than a few hours, it is white horizontal lines on the lower part of the screen that slowly fade completely down. The lines do not appear on an external monitor in dual mode.

    I removed the screen twice now and checked / reinstall connections to the screen and under the keyboard. The problem persists.  I flashed the BIOS a few days ago and the problem persists. The webcam, microphone and WWAN/WLAN are all in perfect condition and the computer works fine apart from this problem of screen work.

    Until I drop the most money on this used laptop that is my only question at this point sounds as strictly a matter of cable/display on the screen? If it's a motherboard problem I would see other problems? If it is the graphics card goes wrong I would see other problems? As I said, the computer works perfectly once it is running.

    Anyone has any useful ideas?

    Hello

    You can try to connect this unit to an external monitor to check if there is a problem with the motherboard or display

    If the external monitor works fine, then there is no problem with the motherboard, only the display panel needs replacement.

    If the problem persists in the external monitor, suggest you to update the graphics drivers and see if the problem resolves

    I hope this helps

  • white around black lines

    I know that similar things have been discussed.  The only reason why I'm bringing this place, is that some have said that a white jagged line around a black object will not appear in the press and check it by making a pdf out of it.  I made a pdf file and the white line will always appear.  If I take it to the printer tomorrow the white line will print if it presents in the PDF?  or I have nothing to fear?

    Thanks for your help!

    You can tell if it is only an artifact of the preview by zooming gradually and seeing if the white increases or stays abut the same thickness when you zoom closer.

    just to update. The line is not really black. It is the a lighter shade that color is displayed on the screen. When I brought the menu upwards on the screen, he seems to appear at the edge but not otherwise visible. The online search could be the regulator of T.

    Hello

    Scan using the software provided as Capture of Image or preview.

    The application of scanning HP for your printer is not available to 10.9, you use incompatible software.

    Follow these steps to get the results of the analysis required:

  • LaserJet 3600n: lines Laserjet 3600n Black & Blue Horizontal

    Everything prints now has these horizontal lines in them... I know that the drum has a problem that causes the vertical erasure, but it's not too bad...  The lines are, however, a question...

    Seems like the wrong toner cartridges.  Follow these steps.  Go into the diagnostic menu and choose the element disable control of the cartridge.  Now when the printer says ready, diagnostic mode, open the toner door and swap the yellow and cyan and exchange the magenta and black.  Don't run the same pq troubleshooting pages that you did before and see if the lines are now is cyan and yellow and magenta or even black.  If still black and cyan, you have two bad toner cartridges.  If magenta and yellow, then you may have a problem with the belt transfer or aft of high voltage.  My gut tells me bad onter cartridges.

  • OfficeJet Pro L7590 is a horizontal line of 1/2 "wide black

    My Officejet Pro L7590 all-in-One and running on XP started putting a 1/2 "wide black horizontal line at the top of the page during the analysis, all the patches?  It was intermittent, but now this on every scan, and I tried cleaning and realign the heads but no change.

    Couple of things to check here:

    First of all, you also have the black line if you print from the computer? I'm guessing not, but he should ask.

    Second, try this:

    Put a blank sheet of paper on the flat. Leave the lid open. Start a copy while watching the scanning light to move. It's moving at all with the lights off? It's strangely moving near each end?

    This means that the LCD screen of your laptop will have to be replaced to solve the problem.

    External display display normal display shows that the solution to video display inside the laptop (integrated in the chipset or graphics module) is operational.

  • Brush/Pencil/Eraser tool will only create horizontal lines on Cintiq 12wx?

    I use Flash CS3 on a Macbook really over a year old and just move to a PC this last week. Because I can't crossgrade my license of CS3, I downloaded the trial version of CC Flash to use between now and when my school will give me the full license next month. Last night, things were working very well except for a problem with the audio, do not sync to the top when I tried to play my animated film. When I open Flash again this morning, I couldn't even shoot. Whenever I try to use the Eraser brush, or record the Pencil tools, all the Flash are horizontal lines, like this:garbage.PNG

    After slightly more than looks, I discovered that this does not occur when I use my mouse, but only when I use the stylus on my Cintiq 12wx (my computer is a Lenovo from Y70 Touch Windows 8, if it's useful). I'm trying to figure out what I could do or what setting I could possibly changed between yesterday evening and this morning could have caused this, but I am at a loss. I have the latest version of Flash and the latest versions of Wacom Legacy drivers. Because I'm so new to this version and the windows as a whole, I am quite confused and frustrated by this whole situation. The solution is probably needed, but any advice would be wonderful. Thank you.

    Yep, reinstall the drivers Wacom worked. Thanks a ton.
