• Hot sync does not include the Splash ID

  I've noticed recently that Splah ID is not among the items synchronized when I perform a hot sync.  And indeed, changes on the desktop or handheld are not reflected.  I ID 4.03 Spalsh, it is registered.  I've recently updated the hot Sync Manager because it does not work with Vista. Hot sync is now working with standard applications provided with my Zire71, like the address book, calendar, etc.

  I'd appreciate any help getting Splash ID synchronization.

  If you have installed SpashID, you will find the Conduit in the Palm Desktop conduits list.

  If she's not here, but you still have a desktop application of SplashID you can open and run, there may be a problem of current Vista.  Might want to go and visit www.splashdata.com for their Vista info.

• Hot Sync does not desktop to handheld

  My Palm Zire m150 broken. So I bought a "little used" on EBay. BIG mistake. I used the Palm for the past 5 years with no problems, which is why, my reasoning for the purchase of another.

  In any case, I can't get the information on my desk calendar to synchronize in the handheld. The default values are set to "desktop substitutes Pocket" and nothing.

  Help, please! In addition, the pocket computer restarts after each sync?

  Also, if someone could recommend an upgrade, I can easily move my calendar information, address, etc, I would be very happy. I'll buy something else. All those wasted hours are simply not useful to save a few dollars.

  Let's review.

  1. can you see all of your data on the desktop?  If so, run the repair tool to verify the alteration.  Tools/Options/tab / check now.  If no anomaly, it's good.

  2. do you Hard Reset of the 'new' device correctly?  I guess you saw "Clear all data, Y/N?" and you then hit the UP button?

  3. I suggest you Hard Reset the new device, check to see if it is working properly (some applications open, just to see if it attempts to reset).  If it works, good.

  4. as you get problems reset on the device, it's time to rename a folder in your Palm on your PC directory.  I am assuming you are using the right to Palm Desktop 4.x version?  Look in the C:\Program Files\Palm\ your HotSync name abbreviated \Backup is where it is located.  Rename the folder /Backup /BackupOLD.   Open Hotsync on your PC Manager icon, select custom and then press the 'Default' button to set all lines back to normal.

  5. now, you can try to Hotsync on the device you just erased with a Hard Reset.  When Palm Desktop application to "Create a new account" or select "Use an existing" use existing and select the user account that includes all of your data.   All of your PIM data should return, but no file problem that can cause the resets.

  I hope we can get this to get this mess straightened out.

  I have tried 2 different computers. Have Windows 7 64 bit, and then press download to the tungsten e-2.   This is the URL

• Sync does not work after reinstalling Windows 7

  Sync works great between my Windows 7 Desktop and 8.1 tablet. The PC got a clean installation of Windows this weekend and now Sync does not work. I do not receive my bookmarks/history/etc on the desktop.

  -Two versions of Firefox are updated (40.0.2)
  -J' read the troubleshooting and installation FAQs
  -I am able to sign in sync on both computers
  -For the signature, I get a popup saying that Sync will begin momentarily and an e-mail notification. Nothing happens tho.

  I suspect that the problem is related to this 'new' version of Sync. I tried to follow the FAQ "Updated to the new version of Sync", I took off the two devices, I checked both are on the latest version of Firefox, but the next step is to create a new account to sync and it doesn't let me do, I plug my email and get "account already exists." What Miss me?

  The new profile created from the clean windows installed a fusion with other devices? Check the device to see if it retains profile data.

  Have you changed the password? This would stop all data from previous synchronization that was not local.

  If you go down this road of troubleshooting, the account must be deleted first. However to prevent data loss, you can click on remove account from accounts.firefox.com and then re - sign up.

• ZIRE 21 hot sync is not compatible with vista 64-bit program

  ZIRE 21 hot sync is not compatible with vista 64-bit program - apparently it will work with 32-bit vista.  Is there a way to create a 32-bit only for the Zire 21 program without compromising the rest of my 64 bit OS computer? That's what Microsoft sent me. The help for this program was created in Windows format help, which was used in previous versions of Windows and it is not supported in Windows Vista.

  You cannot change part of a 64 bit of Vista in 32-bit OS.

  32 bit and 64 bit OSs are completely different operating systems.

  Please can someone tell me why my "hot spot" does not work in the attached file?

  By clicking on each of the small buttons open and close their respective balloons. A hot spot on the entire screen area should be clickable to close the speech bubble

  BUT

  In my file, the area above the "mode_count_bubble" is not clickable, even if the hotspot is in front of the image of speech bubble. The point hot clickable and works as expected if I click anywhere else on the screen.

  If I swap the order of 2 speech bubble symbols so that the "mode_count_bubble" is located in front of the "idle_tether_bubble" the problem stops during the bubble of County of mode and begins to bubble tie idle

  OK, I got it fixed - I deleted the hotspots out of their balloons and created a single generic on the main stage. I then applied conditional code to close regardless of the speech bubble that happened to be open.

  Probably a little more simplified if I find myself with a lot of buttons and bubbles.

• iOS 10 iTunes Photo Sync does not display albums

  Before the iOS10 upgrade, I got a folder on my PC with about 25 subfolders - with pictures organized in a special way that makes sense to me.  When I connected to iTunes, it has been configured to synchronize the main folder and each subdirectory would sync as an album on my iPhone - in other words, 25 folders = 25 albums and photos in the subdirectories corresponding pictures on the album of the iPhone.  Add a new folder on the PC and a new album is added on the iPhone.  Delete a file on the PC and the iPhone, it will be deleted.  Now it does not work after upgrade to iOS 10.  Is it a 'new '?  I've lost this ability?

  I see a few more albums folder based on my iPhone. I suggest shooting synchronize photos off, sync, then back - light Sync photos and sync again to see if this changes what you see on the device. If this is not the case, use the feedback of the iPhone.

• Why Firefox Sync does not work on my home network, but at work?

  Firefox Sync on my laptop does not work when my laptop is connected to my home network, but for example if I'm at my desk.

  The internet connection in my house is fine, I can surf the web with this same Firefox on IPv4 and IPv6, DNS etc. also works. Connection to accounts.firefox.com works also, as Firefox for the sync account. Only the synchronization process runs aground. On my desktop at home, I have exactly the same problems. When I open https://sync-209-us-west-2.sync.services.mozilla.com/ in a browser tab, I see a confirmation message that synchronization runs on this server, so apparently the network path between my computer and this server is free.

  After investigation with Wireshark, I see the TLS negotiation successfully, then packages the client was able to respond and after some time, the server closes the connection (encrypted alert). Apparently, no content is transferred between the client and the server. I have attached a screenshot of how Wireshark sees the conversation between the server and the client (sending pictures here did not work so I put on the web: http://ibin.co/1zXABHKdj5mA).

  To exclude a possible configuration problem or bad module, I created a clean Firefox profile and logged into my account in Firefox, but this shows exactly the same problems.

  Fun fact: Firefox on my Android phone will sync on my home network.

  The problem seems to be with your ISP - you can refer to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1118958 and they may be able to find a workaround by changing your diet or to help you configure a different MTU for the network.

  Mozilla Firefox for Windows 34.0.5. After update 33.1.1 Sync no longer works, does not automatically connect (re-connect to Sync is shown instead of the name of account synchronization). Reconnection to sync works only for the current session (restart Firefox disable auto login). No error opens a session on the wave\logs directory.

  Hello everyone,

  I wanted to update my Firefox Sync account from the old to the new version. Unfortunately, the login page does not load on my laptop. On my Android devices, everything works fine, so I could already put in place the new account from there, I just can not connect to my new account sync on my laptop. I use Firefox on Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit 33.1.

  Fresh installation of Ubuntu 64-bit 13.10 with a new installation of Firefox 25. The installation of Firefox Sync program worked flawlessly, except that it does not work. I not encounter errors, and when I said to synchronize the process seems to complete very well. However, I never get my Sync data. Sync works perfectly on my other two boxes of Windows and my three Android devices, and they seem to test very well. • Firefox Sync does not work for Tablet Android Nexus 10.

  Firefox Sync works for 2 PCs, but does not work for an Android tablet. It is said, that the tablet was connected successfully, I checked the bookmarks and history options to be synchronized and or bookmarks, or history of the browser has not been updated on my tablet.
