  I see a certain people who downloaded PES 9 from app store for the Mac that can not install actions in PSE.  I have connected to their computer, unhid hidden folders and searched the navigation path, as I expected.  It does not work.  I ran searches for stocks of native elements such as Blizzard and could not find them.

  Which country are you? If you're in Iran, you can not download anything from the iTunes or App store because there is no store for the Iran. Apple does not do business there.
