  Follow the steps below to create the signature in Hotmail account.

  (a) sign in to your Windows Live Hotmail account.

  (b) go to your Inbox and select Options > other Options

  (c) in addition to Options, you can see all the options then select signature this personal email in the category of writing e-mail.

  (d) when you click on the e-mail personal signature, then you can create/edit personal email signature. Your personal email signature will be added at the bottom of each message you send.

  The format of the email addresses can be different from the email you received.   You can export and import from MS Office (in comma-delimited format) for the DESKTOP e-mail client but not the mail app 8 victory.  As I know there is no way to make a straight copy. / Paste for victory 8 app.

  You can always create a group in the people application, and then add the users manually.  For future emails you would just type the name of the group.

  Thanks Erik, but it's a big change from the last version where you can configure the users even with ext email so you can direct roles in workflows with those users. What now have ew is a situation that if yu want to set up any kind of workflow with external mail management, you can buy admin usr accounts. Has any sense at all. Of course, I can add these email accounts in the field "also send in" but who is defeated the notion of roles. In my view, that we lost beside features here.
