  Thank you very much for your suggestions! They finally gave me the direction I go solve the problems I had. Basically, the Mac Book Pro based Lightroom irdata files still had thumbnails. Once I removed the and redirected Lightroom external hard disk, smart previews of the external drive work when the player is well off the MBP. Much obliged.

  I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to backup all the files content and related data of Lightroom that exists on the external hard drive to another external hard drive as a backup? Ideally, it would be great if I could be able to launch security HD since the Mac Book Pro and do the work of Lightroom with the backup image files and intelligent previews correctly. Thanks again.   Hi cloudinoakland, go to Preferences > tools > synchronize and untie your device. You should then get the opportunity to implement synchronization and create a new account again.

  You can create an action that will expand the canvas if required, then place an image and align to the bottom.

  If the placed image has a transparent background, then it could overlay the background and is not necessary to expand the drawing area. This is why I said if necessary above. Because it would be your choice, not action.

  I found a way to clone the account.

  Logon as the administrator, you can create a new account with the name that you want for it (for example "new user"), and then restart.

  Connecting under the administrator again, copy the files to the account you want to clone, to the new account.  (it takes a lot of time), when it finished, and then re - start.

  The new account will be a duplicate of the source account.

  Please note, that since it is a duplicate, of the default file locations will be for the account of the source, so you'll have to go through and change them manually.

  It is not an elegant solution, but it is easier than creating the account to start from scratch and do all the settings.

  It would be nice if there was a way to personalize the account 'by default'.

  If you listen to Microsoft, please consider this for the future.

  Currently, you'll want to separate Tracker mouse behaviors for each hand.
