  I made an easy transfer between them and now intend to install it and test my programs on Win 7.  Once I've got everything working properly, and that all migration issues are resolved, I would like to make a clean second run Easy Transfer of XP just before the final switch to Win 7.

  "Clean run" I mean I want all the Win 7 system to be completely replaced by the new data and the parameters of the XP system.

  What I would recommend that you do, is create a new account user in Windows 7, then restore the backup Windows Easy Transfer in the new account and delete the old account that you created in the first place.

  You seem to have set up the synchronization to store data on the server to be able to share these data with other devices.

  If you do not want to use Sync, then you can disconnect (untie) your computer.

  I find now that I need about 20 pages open at the same time for arbitration. Now, whenever one of the previously opened pages becomes the 11th that it drops my tab bar and I have to reopen the page with the user name and password that has the effect of slowing me down to him take 3 seconds to see page to now take about 40 seconds to see page. My window of opportunity is not often more than 10 seconds, so my Internet business has become useless.

  Hello arcangelbc,

  Right-click on the executable of Wordperfect.  There, select Properties.  Select the Compatibility tab.  Check the box for run as admin.  This should prevent UAC from prompting the user each time you.  It is essentially a method of cheating to get around UAC.  It is not advisable to do so, but this is how you do it.  Bypassing UAC can leave you open system for security risks.
