How can I block incoming and outgoing Internet traffic?
Hello
I wonder if someone can help me. When I work on the computer (or when I leave the computer on unattended for a few hours) I would like to disconnect my PC from the Internet. How can I do this?
Thank you

Data sheet: HP desktop, Windows 7 64-bit, LAN, Linksys router.
As Bruce says, you could simply put the computer to sleep; This should stop the activity network.
If you prefer to leave the computer running for a reason, you could also disable the network adapter or disconnect from the network physically.
You can disable the adapter by accessing your network and sharing Center, and then change the map settings (these are Windows 8.1 names/titles and may vary slightly for Windows 7). Once there, you can turn off active adapter by clicking right on it and selecting Disable. You will need to turn it back on when you want to use the internet.

block incoming and outgoing calls for some phones
Dear all
I have some phones like the kitchen, to block incoming and outgoing calls to the phones of these kitchen and I want these phones to call only internally. I have E1 gateway H323. How the configuration it will be CSS and Partition?
Thanks and greetings
Ideally, you need to two CSSs for this - a CSS gateway and a device of CSS. Type the extension of the kitchen a new partition. Add this new partition to the CSS but not the CSS bridge. In this way the incoming calls are blocked.
For outgoing calls, you will need to another partition and CSS. The partition must contain the model 9. ! (or whatever your outdoor access code) and should block it. It may be the translation or boss of the road according to the design of your CUCM numbering plan. This model will be assigned to a new CSS called Block_All (or something), and this must be attributed to the level of the line.

How to find my incoming and outgoing server names?
There are two servers associated with any browser, and they have different names. They must be stored somewhere.
examples: smtp.gmail.com and pop.gmail.comoutgoing incoming
Thanks for your help.
I don't know if pop.gmail.com is just an example or what you use but IMAP works better when controlling electronics with multiple devices.
Vs Google IMAP POP.

How to change my password and my incoming and outgoing mail servers
Hello, I used Outlook Express for years and I know how to set up 'everything' I need in the pages of parameters because their settings pages are all "logical" with everything out in the open.
However, Thunderbird "cache" their settings behind the buttons and confusing forms.
There are many tutorials that explain how to set up Thunderbird since the beginning and show how to set up a new e-mail account. But I was not able to find a tutorial on how to change my password "after that" I have been using Thunderbird for a while.
I'm also no way to change the incoming and outgoing servers. For example, I changed my hosting at another Web host and I need to use the new the new hosting company e-mail servers and I can not anywhere, see any tutorials that cover current activities or day by day with Thunderbird.
Can you please change your screens of settings for Thunderbird easier for new people to find these normal and necessary?
Also can you please point me to a tutorial that shows me how to change my password and change my incoming and outgoing servers?
Thank you very much!
Edward
You can change your settings to
- Thunderbird > tools > accounts settings
- After clicking the account settings > you get a pop up window
- Left hand side you can see the list of emails that you configured
- Same left panel last option is the outgoing server settings
Thunderbird is the customer between the user and the mail server. She never recorded your personal membership. If you want to change your password, go to your mail server and change it via browser

You can block messages from specific ID, marking them as spam in the e-mail client or by creating a filter so that messages skip the Inbox and are deleted or sent to the trash.

Outlook express 6 rebounds all incoming and outgoing messages on Wndows xp.
I posted this question earlier, but apparently to the wrong forum. I deleted all the messages in my nbox, sent items, deleted projects... All incoming and outgoing messages are bounced back indicating that the bytes are at their limit. I don't know if the messages are stored on my server or not. Don't know how to check.
Is there a solution for this?
In addition to the other suggestions, try to go to the file. Identities and setup a new identity. Add your e-mail account to this identity and see if it will download messages and delete what is on the server. The files can be corrupted in the old identity and may not delete messages from the server. You can also contact your provider and e-mail them to check on errors.

What is the incoming and outgoing POP3 for AOL?
What is the incoming and outgoing POP3 for aol?
Hello
the servers are:
for POP3 - pop.aol.com
for SMTP - smtp.aol.com
But you need to change the port number in 587 for SMTP .
You can see here - how to configure Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 for SMTP and POP3: click here
(the last photo is important - you need to check - this server requires an encrypted connection SSL - SMTP and POP3 too)
