How can I change my computer passwrod - NOT my Microsoftpassword?

My laptop is Windows 8, I put a password. I want to change it. When I try to change it, I get a screen on my Microsoft Word - not the computer. On my desk, I can change my password to the computer - but it's Windows 7. How can I change the computer password and not my password of Microsoft?

Thank you
