  These days Adobe ID seem to need your e-mail.  Years ago if I could have an ID as JJMACK which is one, I had. At one point, I started having problems with my ID JJMACK and Adobe.com, so I create a new one with my E-mail address as my ID Adobe I had to get Adobe customer service concerned to recover some of my old product going on above.  When I had to download the new CS2 download both appeared in my CS2 and Photoshop version 9 products.  So Adobe has changed the way my product page works.  He now has a different format containing all your product serial numbers.   First of all:

  Switch to a Local, the switch back to a Microsoft Account account:

  You can choose between using your Microsoft Account or a normal user account by going to all PC settings, to the users section. :
  (1) immediately move your mouse to the lower right of the screen until the left menu appears, and then clicking settings (gear icon).
  (2) from there, click on the link "Change PC settings" at the bottom right.
  (3) now, you should be on the menu of the full-screen PC. On the left, go to the section "users."
  (4) on the right side, it will show you your current account with a button that says "switch to a local account. Clicking on this button and following the steps you will be able to sign in to Windows as you do with all other versions of Windows such as Windows 7, Vista, XP, etc.
