  You will need to contact your carrier and see if they can change. There is no setting on the phone, only the owner can modify it, if they can. Not all carriers cannot change, and even if they can, it's a very short period. This has to do with the configuration of the call. At least you know that it's all the time and not the number of ringtones.

  Start > Control Panel > region and language > Format > more settings > time tab >

  under time format, set hh: mm hh: mm

  H = 24 hours

  h = 12 hours

  To change the date on the printer, arrow down do to the settings on the front screen of the printer and press OK, then find and select Preferences. In the Preferences menu, select the Date and time.

  This post does not have a good answer unfortunately and as we have problems similar change of system clock where urgent need to do some future and passed the test of logic date/time, I thought it would be to try again.
