  It is a wrong answer to the question. QuickBooks 2010 cannot be installed from the CD because the CD tries to install Flash and Flash is already built into Windows 8.   I'd be willing to pay HP for a floppy with the driver for device suitable for this topic, but I can't do even that offer to them without paying extra for the right to email them, because the product is no longer under warranty.

  I really need this printer to work.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Or maybe an old copy the device drivers for this printer.  If HP is offering free online, it should be OK to give a copy to someone.
