How can I deleat eula.rtf hotfix installer VI.dll

Just ran across this file and 25 files on my machine and when I've tried to deleat it says could not deleat, how can I deleat these files... Thank you everyone

All applications other than Windows Explorer closes when you try to delete the files?

If you close all other applications and still cannot delete a file, here are two methods that should work:

A. use of command line

  1. Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
  2. Navigate to the directory (folder) where the file is located by using the cd (change directory) command.  For example, if you want to remove C:\Windows\Temp\eula.rtf, type the following command in the command prompt window and press ENTER.
    CD c:\Windows\Temp
  3. If there are spaces in the path to the directory, use double quotes, just to be on the safe side.  For example:
    CD "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10"
  4. To confirm that you are in the right directory, run the dir command:
    dir
  5. With the open command prompt window, open (CTRL + ALT + DELETE) Task Manager
  6. Under the processes tab, find explorer.exe, right-click on them and select "End process" DO NOT CLOSE TASK MANAGER.
  7. Return to the command prompt window and delete the file.  For example:
    EULA.RTF del
  8. When you have deleted all the files, you must remove, return to the always open the Task Manager window, click file > new task (run...).  Type explorer.exe, and then click OK

    Your question is too vague.  Most of the life themes battery by Windows XP tasks occur only in some computers - and yours may or may not benefit from all the suggested fixes.  In addition, some of these plots have been released a long time ago and were likely incorporated into a later Service Pack.  You should have installed Service Pack 3 for Windows XP 5 years.

    The link is based on an old RTF converter that is built into the jdk and some swing classes - so don't expect a conversion out of it, but it seems by far the best way to perform such a conversion. Depending on your document display requirements of loyalty it might OK for what you are trying to do.

    Other more complex solutions are things like http://www.artofsolving.com/opensource/jodconverter/ jodconvertor that would probably give a higher quality conversion, but is a solution much more heavy weight (based on Open Office converters to perform the actual conversion).

    This kind of thing is also a candidate for service transformation server where you would spend the rtf document in a http post and the conversion would be done on a server, then the converted document is passed back in the http response.

    Once you have the rtf html string, you can use webview.getEngine () .loadContent to display the HTML resulting.
