How can I delete an email with a too great attachment to the outgoing queue?

Original title: outgoing mail

The server for my outgoing (Live Mail) mail limits the size of attachments.  How can I delete an email with a too big attachment of the only outgoing?

Click work offline, and then delete the message from the Outbox (below the records of account in the folders pane).

    Hi Byrsonima,

Welcome to the communities of Apple Support! I'm sure we can help you with your question. If this is possible will depend on how you have your e-mail account set up with your suppliers and your devices. If you have your email set up as IMAP (as described below), remove an e-mail on one device should generally delete on all devices, because they all look the same server info:

I have yahoo mail and I'm on windows 8 How can I delete my emails in bulk

    Hi Lynn,

Thanks for posting the query on Microsoft Community and we give the opportunity to help you on this question.

According to the description of the problem, it seems you want to delete the emails in bulk from the e-mail account.

I would like to ask a few questions on this topic to help you best:

    (1) do you use Windows 8 Mail app on the computer?
    (2) did synchronize you with Windows 8 Mail app Yahoo mail account?

If you use Mail app to view emails on the computer and that you have configured the account Yahoo mail with the Mail application, then, you can delete messages by selecting the mail by using the Remove option.

I rather suggest that you follow the instructions below to find it's much easier:

    (a) click on one of them, the messages you want to delete.
    (b) press and hold the Ctrl on the keyboard, and then click all messages you want to delete.
    (c) the list of messages must be all shady. Click the delete option in the upper right corner of the Mail application.
    (d) check if you have deleted messages required at the same time.

    It will be useful.

  • How can I delete an email stuck in my iPhone Mail cannot send to send a video?

How can I delete an email stuck in my iPhone Mail cannot send to send a video?

Actually Mail attempts to send the e-mail and the ball rotates constantly.

I have a feeling that it uses resources constantly.

I do not have email.  It can be removed.

I just "can't not" somehow.  It's just stuck there twirling.

Any ideas on how to stop this.

I closed all applications and restarted the iPhone and hope that when I opened her Mail I could 'catch' and delete it.  But she turned thankfully than ever.

    I'm out of ideas.

To delete several messages that alternate: hold down the CTRL key while you click each message in order to highlight. -Delete.

To empty the remove items, click on it and there will be an X to the right.

SHIFT + DELETE bypasses the deleted items folder.

  • How can I delete an email from apple mail after removing the content (by virus scan software?)

Recently, I received an avalanche of emails with malicious attachments.  I have not opened any of the accessories, and my antivirus software has picked up malicious content and removed from the email.  Thus, I find myself with an email on my system, no content.  Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to then remove the (s) e-mail that is left.  How can I remove these 'empty' emails in my Inbox mailbox?

... my antivirus software has picked up malicious content and removed from the email.

Allowing something to edit the database of e-mail will result by it becomes corrupted.

If you use Time Machine, restore the email by "entering Time Machine" of in Mail and choose a time to restore. Then, just delete suspicious e-mails in the usual way. Exit full screen before entering Time Machine.

You may not use software "anti-virus" not Apple on a Mac, for this reason and many others. Identify the product you use to get the uninstall instructions.

  • How can I delete unwanted emails address?

I no longer use the Charter and want to get rid of accounts email Charter in my T-bird mail - the email of the Charter is grey and says default - how can I get rid of an e-mail account, I no longer use? I removed it in this file:

    C:\Users\jantallent\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\fc9zhx97.default\ImapMail\imap.charter.net

hoping he would address Charter out of my Office T-bird list, but it's still there.

    Jan

I just read a doc T-bird that says even though the email address has been removed successfully, it will be always IN the list of email addresses in the menu for them

Where did you read that? It is quite wrong, IMHO. Indeed, users have been known to 'clear' an account and then express alarm that she and all her messages and folders disappeared. I don't quite know why they are surprised. What one would expect to happen?

What I would say is that remove Thunderbird account does not delete the underlying message store, the contents of a deleted or deleted account can often be extracted.

When you have removed C:\Users\jantallent\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\fc9zhx97.default\ImapMail\imap.charter.net you simply deleted from the message store. This does not remove the account. Indeed, in an account IMAP-connected, that you just deleted will probably be restored when Thunderbird then synchronized with the server.

How do you propose to save, then no doubt, restore these messages? I think you really need to understand more about the profile before doing irreparable damage.

  • How can I delete several emails at once using Thunderbird?

It seems that I can check multiple emails using thunderbird but I have not found a way to remove a whole bunch of emails all at once until this all I could do is remove one at a time... it would be nice if there would be a way to delete multiple emails at the same time with a single click, all emails that I chose... someone knows how can I do this?

You use the methods of standard selection on the computer.

    control + a = select all

Click on message 1, up or down several messages and hold the SHIFT key while clicking on the message 2 = selects message 1 and 2 and everything in between

Hold down the CTRL key while clicking random messages = SΘlectionner any message clicked on

Hold down the CTRL key when you click on a selected message = deselect this message

  • Thunderbird was just put on my computer, but I can't find the delete button to delete the e-mail messages, I don't want to keep? HOW CAN I DELETE INDIVIDUAL EMAILS?

I could delete the emails one at a time on my old email that I have go through them. There was a button "delete." Thunderbird has no button delete that I see. How can I remove as I can if there is NO button Delete? Am I missing something?

There is a delete button on a regular basis on the toolbar so I guess that you do not see the toolbar.

ALT + v, toolbars and tick the boxes.

However if you select one or more email messages (you know how to select multiple items)? then the keyboard delete key is zap them too.

  • How can I delete songs on an ipod shuffle to return to the store without removing iTunes

I work for a school district and ended up with the wrong device. I need to delete music off of the iPod shuffle, which was bought for me (without removing the music from iTunes) to return the camera in Exchange for a different apple device. How can I do this?

The iPod shuffle does not have any preinstalled "iTunes music".  You need only do a restore of the iPod using iTunes.  This erases the iPod, reinstall its software and sets it to the default settings.  The restore button is on the recapitulation of the shuffle settings screen in iTunes.

Give a name to the generic shuffle, like "iPod".  Eject and unplug without sync almost anything for her.
