You can add an exception for pogo.com, when you get the yellow bar showing pop-up has been blocked. See the blocker, exceptions and troubleshooting settings.

To completely disable the pop-up blocker, go to Tools > Options > content and uncheck the box next to block pop-up windows

    The only way I found to stop this popup is to disable the quick launch the utility Configuration of Microsoft HP VolumeDisplay, but it will also turn off the sound by clicking (I think)...

    Click Start > type "MSCONFIG" in Start Search > click MSCONFIG in the list of programs
