  in this case I suggest to close the whole software and not let it run with windows, all the time because it is not necessary. If you can open the software once a week to check the status of the ssd and close it again.

  for example query below can give you all the details of the user with their last access date

  You can use it to allow users who have not accessed to the last X days

  The CC has been activated twice, so please proceed as described above, you will be launching & try sign in after install, you will be asked to turn off from the previous machine.

  There will be an option to turn it off there, too, if your previous machine are accessible United Nations so you can choose the option to turn off of here & now it will allow to sign & activate.
