How can I disable remote assistance windows for a special education program? It's extremely frustrating.

I'm trying to open a program through my online University so that I can access my courses. Every time I try this, I get a message saying that the internet explore has closed due to support Windows remote. I am currently on Windows Vista. I went into system files of access to turn it off, but he wants me to add a particular file from my computer. I have no idea what it would be. Help!

It's extremely frustrating.

  • How can I disable SLAAC on Windows XP (SP3)?

    Hello!

In Windows Vista and later versions, you can assign a static IPv6 address and the gateway to the interface via a GUI or alternatively with netsh. Address can be configured statically on Windows XP with

netsh interface ipv6 add address "Local Area Network" 2001:db8:bad:f00d

And the itinerary by default with:

    netsh interface ipv6 add route: / 0 2001:db8:1 'Local Area Network '.

But the problem is that if RA-light router is present on the link, Windows XP will also assign an automatically generated based on the advertised prefix and a link-local address (fe80 ::) address of the router as the default gateway.)

How can I disable the automatic configuration if the host is statically addressed?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Hi Johnny,

. What is the brand and model of the router?

Please follow the steps in the link below and check them with the question:

To configure TCP/IP for static addressing:

    I hope this helps.

    Its an addon, not firefox.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to fix the problem and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

I tried to install IBM SPSS Data Collection 6.0 and have had problems with encryption.  IBM has said that I have to disable FIPS in Windows, but I can not find it.

Important: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. • How can I disable always 'work offline' for specific files/folders in Vista?

Help files offline with all the challenges of Vista, but most of the time it works.  However, I have a number of files that are currently available offline that I no longer need to use offline.  I followed the normal steps of the click right and is going to click on the button "Always work offline", but it is disabled (grayed out).  I thought it might mean that I'm out of sync, but after a synch-all, the selection is always disabled.  Is there a way to Vista to do this?

    Hello DTelford_GSI,

Thank you for using the Microsoft Answers forum.  The link below explains how to correctly disable offline files in Windows Vista.

  • How can I disable the way Windows 7 organizes buttons in the taskbar?

Windows 7 is not organize programs according to the order that you run them, he orders them according to the type of programs, but I do like it. How can I have the same old way as Windows XP?

    Two points:

    1. you can rearrange the buttons in the order you want by simply dragging
    the where you want.

    2. If you pin a shortcut to the taskbar, it will stay in this
position (except if you drag it elsewhere). This is a very good
thing to do, because it maintains the button in the same place all the time.
If the program is already running. This is the reason why I
prefer the way Windows 7 t - it instead of using a quick launch bar
    like previous versions of Windows.

  • Photoshop CS2 keeps requires registration at startup; How can I disable the registration window?

I just downloaded and installed a version of Photoshop CS2 system that doesn't require activation on a Windows 7 system. It has already been validated and registered. Everything works fine. Unfortunately, whenever I start photoshop it always opens the registration window no matter how I answer, "register later", "do not save", propose another recording attempt, or simply close the window. It's a very boring horse I want to disable.

Yes, I installed it as an administrator.

I was the cause of the breakdowns and have solved the problem; but have not quite yet fully understood the nature of the underlying cause.  I don't know that it had something to do with a combination of permissions and compatibility modes. In any case, I ran the registration process again in a process of trial and error combinations and was finally able to launch Photoshop without the registration window which pops up again. I am being harassed is more when I start the program and I am now it works normally on Windows 7. I intend to run a little more testing to see if I can resolve the issue a little more. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.

On further testing, I decided that if I run the program in compatibility mode earlier it then allow me to properly register the program. I can then return the program for Windows 7 compatibility mode for normal use.

  • How can I disable the bar advertising for Firefox iOS & Android?

I recently started to see a pop for Firefox iOS and Android advertising when I use Firefox on Windows 7. It takes the form of a notification, just bar below the URL bar read 'bring your bookmarks and passwords with you. Firefox is now on iOS and Android', with a 'Get it now' button and an 'x' to close right (see screenshot attached). I've closed more than once with the 'x' and it keeps popping up (perhaps only once per session, I don't know).

I would like to get rid of this annoying little announcement. I looked through: config and settings of the ordinary, but I have not been able to find a way to remove it. Adblock Plus doesn't help, of course, because the announcement seems to be integrated into the browser itself. Anyone know how to stop this thing nagging me everytime I open my browser?

Sorry, this is a message from the heart function. She undergoes a bug right now. Better to turn it off if you can get immediate relief.

To turn off the heart rate:
Talk openly about: config config in a tab, then search for browser.selfsupport.url and double click on it and set it to an empty value.

You may need to restart Firefox for the changes to take effect.
